uSked is a scheduling tool and logistics management platform for businesses which offer hourly-based services. The cloud-based tool aims to help users streamline their service requests, schedule services, manage availability, provide feedback, and manage clients, all from one platform. Examples of uSked clients include: higher educational institutions, language interpreting agencies, translation businesses, and any other service-based companies. With uSked, service providers (like interpreters or note-takers) are able to create, manage, and view meetings or assignments.
With uSked, service provides are able to create, manage, and view appointments and assignments. Users can view their current and previous assignments, and can enter an assignment file to view the nature of the request, status, date, location, client, and more. With the service request details page, service providers can send messages or makes calls to the related POC, and view the location on a GPS-enabled map. The calendar tool facilitates collaborative scheduling by giving users an overview of upcoming assignments and who they are assigned to, and allowing service providers to search for available appointments and assign themselves to those for which they have availability.
uSked consolidates assignments, service requests, confirmations, hourly time tracking, payroll, and invoicing into one system in order to simplify service scheduling for both service providers and their clients. Clients are able to login to the uSked self-service portal to access the calendar schedule, view their upcoming or previous assignments, and create new requests for services. uSked facilitates service requests by allow customers to input details such as date, time, location, type of service, dress code, number of service providers required, and more. Service providers can manage invoices for completed assignments within uSked, either individually or in bulk. Invoices are sent to clients in .PDF format.
