Zeeg is an AI voice agent platform with native appointment booking, built for businesses that want to stop losing leads to missed calls and manual scheduling.
Solo practitioners use Zeeg as an always-on AI receptionist that answers calls, qualifies & routes callers, and fills the calendar, while they focus on their work. Sales and customer success teams use it as an automated pre-sales layer: inbound leads qualify themselves, book themselves, and only confirmed appointments reach the rep. Enterprise organizations use it as scalable booking infrastructure with SSO, SCIM, custom fields, and a signed DPA.
When a lead calls, Zeeg's AI phone agent answers, qualifies, and books without human involvement. Zeeg also handles outbound calls, allowing businesses to reactivate past customers and re-engage leads automatically. When a lead wants to submit a booking request online, they get a booking page instantly. Every path ends with a confirmed appointment, without manual work or missed contacts.
Zeeg combines AI voice agents and smart scheduling in a single system, with built-in lead routing that automatically sends inbound leads to the right person based on qualification criteria. It supports multiple meeting types: one-on-one for consultations and interviews, group for workshops and webinars, collective for panel meetings with multiple hosts, round-robin for automatically distributing leads across available team members, and flexi for complex multi-host scenarios with AND/OR logic.
It integrates natively with Google Calendar, Outlook, Exchange, Apple Calendar, and Proton Calendar for real-time availability sync; with Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, and Webex for video meetings; and with HubSpot, Pipedrive, and Salesforce for CRM sync. Additional integrations include Zapier, Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, Stripe, PayPal, and Okta.
Built and hosted in Germany to European privacy standards, Zeeg is fully GDPR-compliant with a signed DPA available. Enterprise security features include SSO, SCIM provisioning, and 2FA enforcement.
