It is very easy software. Very accessible and convenient We are very glad that we are using this software.
Sometimes the system can be difficult to find features. For example, the menus are a little dense and can be a little tedious to find specific features.
The great thing is we can remain cost effective. As a small business owner we have several administrative tasks and papers and being able to have most thing digital is well worth it.
One potential downside of STEAMS Online is that it may not be suitable for businesses with complex booking requirements.
Love how user friendly the system is and how fast and efficient it enable the enrollment process to be for my staff.
While the software offers a range of customization options, it may not be flexible enough to accommodate businesses with unique booking needs.

Trackado allows me to monitor contracts, to never let any expire and helps with budgeting because we are able to see the cost involved with each contract.

OpenKM is a great software for document filing and search. Also it is excellently suited as backend-service for own applications or the integration in third-party applications.
There are a few features that I had trouble getting more info on. User access can be a pain to set up, especially retroactively.
We have had a good experience, the software fulfills its purpose even with plenty of features, just with a couple of customer service problems. We feel comfortable with the application.
Page layout is a bit confusing this makes it difficult for users to access.
Very useful software for document management, many useful features for end users like me.
The interface is a bit outdated. OCR is a bit hit or miss.
It's great for helping people in their personal business.
We currently have roughly 200,000 PDFs in OpenKM and the only lag comes from Adobe.
Very well documented, the sources are accessible and understandable, the commissioning is fast and the use is done quickly because the solution is developed in a logic and a business vision.
Great solution with all fully integrated components of DMS core, workflow, reporting, OCR, etc.
Useful features for the end user. Possibility of creating document templates.
We have solved our NYS and HIPAA regulatory requirements for governance of our documents.

I inherited this system and I'm sorry to say there are no redeeming features. Complicated and feckless search function: on numerous occassions the same search parameters returned different results.
Along with a great product, you get an amazing Customer Support team. They do not disappear once the contract is signed… they’re in it with you for the long haul, and always accessible.
The setup of the Roles and Permissions is a bit detailed and can be confusing, but not enough of a drawback to takeaway from the overall user experience.
We also like the functionality of being able to track important dates like auto-renewals, expirations, etc. The dashboard is also a great tool to see what contract needs to followed up on.
It's tough to track a lot of contracts at the same time since the tabs don't have the name of the vendor, but each Chrome tab just says ContractPodAI.
Overall the software has been easy to use. We love having the ability to easily search for contracts and have them all in a central location.
Initially we were disappointed with the DocuSign integration. It didn't have the ability to tag signatures for the signer which was crucial for us being able to use the version within the software.
Overall, this has been a great system. My team finds it easy to use, with a great user experience.
Having a customer success manager assigned to us to help with training, ongoing support, and even adoption – was just over the top.
Additionally, the ability to create contract templates is a great time-saving function.

Vendor Panel takes the problems out of running a RFQ.
Vendor Panel have the best staff who are willing to take you through step by step as you gain confidence.
Sometimes hard for the specialist subcontractors / contractors to follow.
I thoroughly enjoy using Vendor Panel every day, I wish all the systems I used were as seamless and effective as this platform.
I don't like the VendorPanel search bar as you must have the company name exactly right for it to recognize it. E. if the company is Bill.
I like how easy this software is to use and is great for anyone (with or without training) to be able to hop on and get things done.
I genuinely have sat here trying to think of something I don't like about Vendor Panel and can't come up with anything.
Tender assessment options are fantastic, such as matrix.
Step by step easy to use, templates already prepared for use, and or the legal side completed and approved prior to tendering.
All vendors on panel have been pre-qualified in the area you need. The system is easy to use effectively.

Sometimes hard for the specialist subcontractors / contractors to follow.
I thoroughly enjoy using Vendor Panel every day, I wish all the systems I used were as seamless and effective as this platform.
I don't like the VendorPanel search bar as you must have the company name exactly right for it to recognize it. E. if the company is Bill.
I like how easy this software is to use and is great for anyone (with or without training) to be able to hop on and get things done.
I genuinely have sat here trying to think of something I don't like about Vendor Panel and can't come up with anything.
Tender assessment options are fantastic, such as matrix.
Step by step easy to use, templates already prepared for use, and or the legal side completed and approved prior to tendering.
