I love the ability of AuditUtopia to manage more parts of the audit process all at once. The real time request management system is a great tool.
Clients have complained about not knowing how to use the software and having issues logging on to the system.
My experience has been pleasant with AuditUtopia, the auditors can track progress you have made with a specific observation during inspections.
Sometimes you have to ensure you click the right audit number again to get the correct requests but I would not say it is a problem.
AuditUtopia like ACE is a very user friendly software as it allows auditors to easily share and view controlled documents.
We do check out our lacking , set our goals by basis of economic priorities. It saves us from further loss.

Great - I have now used Leo for two companies and it has been successful at both companies.
We all want to believe in our team but it all comes down to risk management.
The "to-do" task list has been a lifesaver when managing multiple sites and teams. This helps to ensure that all sites are completing assigned tasks as needed.
The capital expense form is repetitive with vendor information and could be simplified to use the first vendor as the first bid.
How easy it can be to manage pool logs. The fact that Leonardo is paper less is awesome because its helping by reducing paper use.
We have found that onsite teams don't like to use their personal devices for data input.
More to add as we move forward, but so far, the steps that have been implemented have gone smoothly and the LEO team has been a great help in the process.
It is very difficult to locate and print reports. Instructions are not very clear.
Alerts team for upcoming expiring contracts, certificates, licenses, etc. Support team is awesome.
Immediate photo integration is useful and customer service support was exceptional.

It definitelly boosted my modelling and reverse engineering skills. I like to work with GDX and explore more features which I haven't used yet, there is always something that can help me work faster.
Still lack of being able to deactivate the snap filters in this mode (to be able to move a curve point without snapping to a background element).
I also use other software which are for me only secondary.I was able, thanks to this tool, to deliver hundreds of projects with a very appreciated result.
Atlas texture mapping missing (not possible to edit the map generated in DX).
Help menu is amazingly useful. Lot of information included that can be access with click a button.
But now there is a problem about Fit surface, which the data is not smooth, wrinkled skin.
I love the layout of the tool bar and how easy to find the tools.
Difficult to use, a lot of training required, high costs.
I liked a lot the Performance and ease of use.
The most significant for me is the user-friendliness of the interface. Dialog boxes not too overloaded with functions and options.
The software is easy to use. Reduce the time it takes to work well.
It also offers a range of tools for reverse engineering the data. It offers arraying tools that allow users to quickly create repeating patterns from a single scanned segment.

This software provides the best functionalities coverage and enables a huge ROI in a few months. Its strong customisation makes it relevant in many business cases.
Due to its large range of functionalities this soft may be a bit hard to configure and should be reserved to large organizations.
I am so happy that Geoconcept (Opti-Time) is now present in the US. TourSolver routing engine has been evolving over the last 10 years and is clearly above the pack.
We feel there's no urgency. Tool seems unfinished (e.g. lists are not alphebatized, multiple places to make changes when a user is modified).
I like the allows certain amounts of time for each job and plots on a gant chart.
Not easy to add additional stops to existing map.
The software integrates all our business constraints; it is highly flexible. The UI is customizable which improves the user experience significantly.
Can not add stops, street names are very small, can't seem to increase font.

The success plan created together with the Customer Success Manager from Cioplenu was a good help to keep the implementation on track.
Currently, there is no feature worth mentioning that we are missing.
With the help of this software, we have been able to improve and analyse our processes fast and achieve material cost and working time savings.
No differences between different types of users (editors, viewers).
But we were able to be on our schedule and successfully rolled out the application.
Some sorting and multi-language features were difficult to use, but the issues got fixed really fast in the latest update.
I like the easy using in every situation, and it is so easy to explain.
The setup seemst to sometimes tricky of what you need and how you get it done in the SW.
Easy to implement, easy to use, cloud-based, usable on any kind of hardware.
It easy and user friendly software, a lot of functions available, still growing.
We appreciate Cioplenu very much. The service is always available and solves our tasks flexible & quickly.
