CBOS is a fully integrated cloud ERP for small and midsize wholesalers, distributors, and retailers, delivering accounting, inventory, warehouse, order management, purchasing, CRM, eCommerce, and HR/payroll from a single SaaS platform. Core functionality spans general ledger, AP, AR, billing, budgeting, and fixed assets; multi-location inventory with barcode scanning, lot and serial traceability, demand forecasting, and automated replenishment; and full order-to-cash and procure-to-pay workflows including quotes, sales orders, purchase orders, drop-ships, returns, and credit memos. Every module writes to a shared real-time database, so a single transaction updates inventory, costs, and financials instantly—no syncing or rekeying between systems. CBOS runs on the AWS cloud for enterprise-grade security, reliability, and data redundancy, and is accessible across desktop and mobile. Its modular architecture lets you deploy only the applications you need and scale on demand, with implementation, training, and technical support included.
