Terrific experience, everyone at Maptician was supportive and allows for a great customer experience.
One thing that's been a little tricky with the software is when Maps accidentally become locked and are unavailable for access by others.
The entire team at Maptician are outstanding to work with. Their product was selected to help manage our office utilization during the COVID pandemic and it completely fulfill our needs.
Permissions were somewhat confusing when trying to apply them to users.
Maptician is a consistent, scalable and reliable, an outstanding product backed by service and support.
Shortcuts are designed to work with a Windows keyboard, not Mac, but this puts me in the minority. That is my only "complaint", and it's a minor one.
They are very responsive, understanding, respectful, flexible, and intelligent. They're also very good at training and answering even the most difficult questions with positive, can-do responses.
The most critical comment I can make is that some features are hard to find.
When the administrative team was getting up to speed on the system, our customer support was always responsive and eager to help.
They're also open to ideas that make the application better and very quick to make enhancements. It's been a pleasure to collaborate with them.

My experience with Roomzilla had been awesome i used it almost weekly if not daily, and its a great solution for room reservation and meeting scheduling.
Cancelling room reservations was somewhat confusing.
I really like how easy is to reserve a meeting room and the user interface is really friendly. It is really straight forward a couple of clicks and your meeting rom is reserved.
Won't let me select lower than half hours meetings on the ipad panel app. Annoying sound when forgetting to cancel a meeting on the ipad panel app.
Overall a great tool, easy to use and really user friendly, even those who are not used to this tools can use it.

My experience is that they are excited about what they do, they listen and they are passionate about making their offerings better. I find them to be excellent partners.
The fact that it is software based makes it limited to the specifications, meaning any changes cannot be made immediately and require software changes that may take months to modify.
Using UrbanBound is nearly effortless from the administration perspective. The customer service provided by everyone involved with our account has been responsive and a true champion of policy.
One negative is the reporting capabilities. However, anything I can't acquire myself has been provided by the account rep with crazy fast turnaround.
The team's secret sauce is its ability to grow amazing relationships.
It's hard to come up with anything I don't like/love about Urban Bound.
I've heard time and time again that our employee's UB Partner was absolutely amazing. In addition, our Recruiting team truly enjoys our time with the UB internal team.
We've struggled with getting employees in and out of remote areas but they are working on it.
They are very professional and dedicated. They are also open to the needs of their clients and then make changes to improve.
The portal is easy to use and has been perfect for the flexible relocation program that Indeed offers.
UB has built technology that offers a way to clearly estimate costs and keep our Finance team and businesses happy while offering exceptional flexibility to our relocating employees and new hires.
The software is really easy to use most importantly, makes a great impression on employees you're trying to relocate. It just makes you, as the company, look very well put together.

The team have been graceful but firm in the way they've managed everything. And mostly the level of patience the project team have shown us whilst working together has been amazing.
