What is Heptora?
Heptora is an AI platform for companies that want to use AI in their daily work without losing control of their data. It brings together an AI Assistant, AI Agents and RPA flows.
Answers from your own documents. Ask the AI Assistant in natural language and it answers from your company's documents, notes and systems, such as your ERP or CRM. Each answer shows the document and page it comes from. It can also help you set up an automation flow.
Agents that work within limits. AI Agents work autonomously on tasks that arrive different every time: reading incoming invoices and registering them in the ERP, checking a quote against the price list, comparing two versions of a contract or routing incoming email. You can start from preconfigured agents for areas such as purchasing, administration and legal. You keep control through governance (clear rules on who can use what), guardrails (the limits on what each agent is allowed to do) and a log of every action.
RPA flows. Record a process once — in a browser, a desktop app or with a document — or describe it in plain language and the AI builds the flow, without writing code. A robot on your own machine then runs it on a schedule. Once built, the flow runs without AI: the same steps, in the same order, every time. It works with legacy ERPs, desktop apps and web portals that have no API.
Your data, under your control. RPA flows run on your own machines, and with local AI your data never leaves your network. The Assistant and Agents run on servers in Europe, in line with the GDPR, or on your own server. Your data never reaches third-party AI providers and is never used to train AI models.
Connects to the tools you already use, such as Gmail, Office 365, Microsoft Teams, Odoo or SQL databases, and to any service with an API or an MCP server.
