Project planning features include milestone scheduling, situational punch list management and daily field logs that document delays by category and duration. The client portal grants external stakeholders a secure view of job progress, milestone achievement and invoicing status with estimate approvals and two way messaging handled within the application. Centralized document storage and a notification center ensure supporting files and activity alerts remain linked to the job record.
A bidirectional synchronization with QuickBooks Online maintains alignment between job management and accounting data by transferring clients, invoices, time entries and expenses. Synchronization history and error logs provide transparency into data transfer operations. The unified job record architecture ensures that changes in one module propagate across estimates, invoices, expense entries, time logs, milestones and documents. Additional capabilities include two factor authentication for enhanced security, a dark mode interface option and web based access through standard browsers.
