Senomix Timesheets is a cloud-based timesheet solution which helps small to midsize businesses with expense tracking and project management. Key features include billing, payroll management, progress tracking, predefined templates, customizable reporting, and data export.

The platform enables users to record work hours on a timesheet and create formatted reports in Microsoft Excel. Managers can use Senomix Timesheets to create business reports with interactive time series and pie chart graphics. Supervisors can record staff work history, spot project bottlenecks, and identify the tasks which consume employee time.

Senomix Timesheets allows employees to create a personal timesheet template to pre-fill time entry selections and record daily, hourly, or minute-by-minute tasks using an automatic timer. The platform lets administrators track project progress, and increase or decrease users based on office headcount. Senomix Timesheets integrates with QuickBooks, helping finance teams generate hourly-based summaries for payroll and billing. Managers can compare billable and non-billable items, and review expenses by project, vendor, client, and category.

The use of Senomix helps us to apply for SR&ED tax credits for the purpose of using exact time for research and development tasks.

Easy to use - fill in data pertinent to project tasks. Very easy to set up. My team has no trouble filling out task hours. ability to assign comments to work helps focus on every important task.

Switching between general tasks and administration is cumbersome.
