Ease of use and takes you through all the steps. The tool has saved me a lot of time.
Nothing comes to my mind. Overall the product is value for money.

We are a venture collaborative tracking onboarding and engagement of many different types of revenue and partners. Praxie allows us to create customized boards to manage those complex and intersecting relationships. And, visualize our progress against milestones and goals.
We've tried multiple CRM and workflow management tools. As not the traditional sales organization, none provided the diverse functionality we needed - CRM, strategic planning, innovation management, and project management - without the significant time and cost on customization. Praxie allows us to manage and track the data and relationships that matter to us. And dashboard and measure them in ways that are meaningful to our company.
The impressive level of customization capability comes with the tradeoff of not being turnkey for most applications. This is not an APP-ified solution.[SENSITIVE CONTENT] and the team are great about creating the right architecture and tools. But, it is a process to get there -- but without the price tag of a custom Salesforce build. The other tradeoff for the customization capability is it is less intuitive to update things yourself than other software options and the system can require double coding or recoding to track intersecting data points.

The experience of using Praxie left much to be desired. Despite providing many apps and templates options for their users, none of them work beyond the surface level. I tried using the PESTLE template, which was a big mistake. There were no options to change anything, except the text boxes on the far right side. If you write too many characters, it simply will not include it in the final exported file....
There is nothing positive to say about Praxie
- Terrible interface - Terrbile browser integration (can't access bottom functions) - Basically zero customizability options for Templates - Garbage export function (won't include all written material)

Our overall experience with the Praxie team has been exceptional. They provide a top notch software that meets our needs and works with our processes to launch new products. If a unknown problem exists, they work quickly on a solution that meets our expectations.
One of the best features about this software is it is 100% customizable. As we searched for programs, we found many of them having too many bells and whistles that we just did not need. Praxie provides a platform that the customer is able to make to fit their own process, not just something out of a box.
The least features I like about this software is not providing some functions that an out of box software would have. There have been a few features we found we needed to have that wasn't readily available, but the Praxie team worked hard to produce and provide as asked.

We started to use Praxie to share dashboards on portfolio management at Group level, then jumped into brainstorming ideas campains.
The canvas board is just something wonderful. You can taylor your dashboards easily the way you want without any IS support.
To modify some card templates requires some learning curve. Not exactly WYSIWYG
