Pros

The benefit of having all in one place is a great promise. And helps a lot that the entire team is using one single place for all organizational stuff.
I also love that they added a free plan for people to try out the platform before committing. But what I love the most is the new templates feature.
Good for managing high level projects and milestones. Gantt charts help visualize progress and keep our teams on top of their work.

Pros

We are pleased that what we thought we were buying is what we ended up with as our end product. Overall we are very pleased.
I like the flexibility, the level of customization, and the amazing customer service.
Good overall with my using and our team are happy with it.

Cons

It also makes the relevant conversations and files more difficult to track down, since they might be lost in any of these subtasks.
There are countless examples of this annoying aspect.
Who knows that I did not use the service, because there are access logs, and still maintain the unauthorized charges.

Cons

Limited functionality in automation and encountered glitches when deploying auto-email notifications.
While it is a good thing, so an outsider/average user it can be confusing or intimidating.
Initial setup and customization require a bit of time and effort which can be a hurdle for small businesses or teams with limited resources.

Pros

Wrike has been extremely helpful in providing a visual for project planning, internal comms planning, and event planning. It's great to have a platform that provides a "big picture" for a project from start to finish, but that also lets me focus on individual tasks within a large project. Wrike has also been extremely helpful to use as a tool to collaborate with my colleagues on shared tasks.

Cons

Sometimes it's difficult to find old tasks that colleagues have tagged me in.

The best collaborative project management solution

Pros

Wrike has the real advantage to group a day to day task and planning tool with a visual solution for the master planning. I work with it since more than 2 years, and I am able to structure important projects, including themself subproject. I keep a clear vision of the relations what is rare whan you have shared tasks with different redlines.

Cons

The pain point are the export functions, you can export your tasks in an excel sheet, but you cannot export in html to share a planning with a client or a collaborator. Same point regarding the planning view, the pdf export function is more than basic, so you have no choices.

Overall a great project planning/task planning product. We've been successful in monitoring projects using this tool and are now diving into the capacity planning portion for our team as well.

Pros

There are a variety of different ways you can manage and plan projects. It is quick and easy to set up for multiple projects with or without dependencies. I like that you can create project blue prints that you can launch for specific project types. This takes away the manual time it would take to set them up.

Cons

If you aren't fully familiar with how to set up dependencies and durations, project plan updates can be very manual and take a lot of time if the project is large. Our team sometimes struggles with this piece.

Me gusta wrike como herramienta de gestión de proyectos basada en la nube.Por un precio de unos 10 euros al mes puedes tener control del progresos en los trabajos.

Se podría agregar algún icono visual más pero en general me gusta todo.

It is an ecxelente application to give order and properly organize the planning of your projects, accounts with very useful tools for planning, you can organize everything in Wrike acrcentando the quality of work, subtracting hours of planning and distributing better the workload among your employees , very useful for large and small companies.

Cons

The free plan is very limited with its "only for 5 people" is very limited to really try its operation can be used but it limits you a lot.

Project planning is never more easier to manage than using Wrike.

Pros

Wrike has a very unique that special only for them, the program structure is look like a tree branches and that method make the project arranging is more visual and easy to arrange. Wrike also has a very good connectivity as it can be access from any device and it has its own software for any platform.

Cons

The pricing plan is calculated from how many user that are registering with the software, it will benefited a team or organization with a small team, but will be costing greatly for a larger team. Integration with other service is a must to have a full potential of the software and it also will adding the cost.
