Independent research methodology
Our researchers use a mix of verified reviews, independent research, and objective methodologies to bring you selection and ranking information you can trust. While we may earn a referral fee when you visit a provider through our links or speak to an advisor, this has no influence on our research or methodology.
Verified user reviews
GetApp maintains a proprietary database of millions of in-depth, verified user reviews across thousands of products in hundreds of software categories. Our data scientists apply advanced modeling techniques to identify key insights about products based on those reviews. We may also share aggregated ratings and select excerpts from those reviews throughout our site.
Our human moderators verify that reviewers are real people and that reviews are authentic. They use leading tech to analyze text quality and to detect plagiarism and generative AI.
How GetApp ensures transparency
GetApp lists all providers across its website—not just those that pay us—so that users can make informed purchase decisions. GetApp is free for users. Software providers pay us for sponsored profiles to receive web traffic and sales opportunities. Sponsored profiles include a link-out icon that takes users to the provider’s website.

HOA Hub overview
What is HOA Hub?
HOA Hub is the first HOA Relationship Management (HRM) platform, built for self-managed communities that want to run the association, keep their own books, and bring neighbors together in one place.
Most HOA software is an administration tool for the board, and tells you to keep your accounting somewhere else. HOA Hub does both, and every feature is designed to serve the board and the residents at the same time.
WHO IT'S FOR
Small to medium self-managed communities where volunteers run the board and every dollar matters: single-family HOAs, condos, townhomes, POAs, co-ops, and neighborhood associations. If your board runs the community out of email chains and a shared Drive folder, and your treasurer keeps the books in QuickBooks or Excel with workarounds only one person understands, HOA Hub replaces all of it.
MANAGEMENT FEATURES
Resident CRM. Track every household, owner, and property, with activity timelines, board notes, groups, tags, and committees. Bulk CSV import for your roster, plus a vendor directory.
EasyAsk AI. Residents and new board members ask plain-language questions about your CC&Rs, bylaws, and minutes, and get answers with source citations. Handles scanned PDFs through OCR.
Tickets and Requests. Custom forms, photo and file uploads, automated board reminders, auto-approval for routine requests, and a status residents can follow.
Events. Multiple time slots, capacity limits, waitlists, guest RSVPs, automatic reminders, and live headcounts.
Violations. Photo evidence, CC&R citations, resident responses, hearings, outcomes, and compliance deadlines.
Document Hub. Color-coded collections, a built-in editor, AI-powered amendment comparison across versions, and resident self-service access.
Also included: surveys, email broadcasts with notification preferences, audit logs, and a fully customizable public website for your community with an optional custom domain.
ACCOUNTING AND BILLING
HOA Hub includes real double-entry accounting built for associations, not small-business accounting adapted to fit one. Operating and reserve funds are first-class, with separate budgets, balances, and interfund transfers, so reserves stay genuinely separate instead of tagged.
You get a general ledger with a customizable chart of accounts, manual and recurring journal entries, budgets, bank reconciliation, accounts payable, deposits and cash receipts, trial balance import, and Excel exports. Reports include Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Cash Flow, Trial Balance, Account Activity, and Budget Comparison.
Billing lives in the same system. Dues, assessments, late fees, credit memos, and returned payments post to the ledger automatically. Homeowners pay by card or ACH, and boards record checks and cash by hand at no cost. There is no second program to buy and no month-end re-keying.
The result is that a volunteer treasurer can run the association's books without hiring a bookkeeper.
TRANSPARENCY AND CONTINUITY
Publish those financial statements to a resident-facing Finances page in one click, so homeowners can see where the money goes. And because documents, decisions, request history, and the books all stay with the community, the next board inherits a working system instead of a shoebox of files and a password.
HOW IT'S DIFFERENT
Traditional HOA software treats a community as a back-office problem. HOA Hub treats it as a relationship problem, because that is what it is. When residents can pay dues, find answers, submit requests, RSVP, and see the financials on their own, the board carries less and the community trusts more.
PRICING
Priced by the number of units in your community, not by users, so every resident has full access at no extra cost. Every feature is included on every plan, with no per-user fees and no feature tiers. Plans start at $39 per month for communities up to 25 units and scale from there. Annual billing saves 10%, monthly has no long-term commitment, and you can cancel anytime.
