It can sometimes have glitches and technically issues.

Great! I love the customer service and how they take and implement suggestions. This product is always improving and the customer service remains excellent!
In a market that is flooded with similar products the question I ask myself is how easy is it to get support when there is an issue? The answer is very easy with ClassJuggler! I struggle with customer payments so I would like my customers to have to keep a card on file. I do not want customers to be able to remove a card and not replace it with another. We are an elective service and deserved to be paid.
Thanks much for your effusive praise and details about what you appreciate! Also, thanks for your product functional suggestion. Regarding that: Currently, we allow customers to manage their own payment information in order to keep information up-to-date and valid for when you do your periodic payment collections. We may consider in the future removing the "delete" option in lieu of an option that sends a request to remove their payment information to an administrator. There are situations where we indeed want a customers to remove their payment information so making it an all-or-nothing setting might adversely affect some of our clients and their specific needs. We will continue to explore how to make this ability work for all of our clients. Thanks again!

Once learned, functionality is reliable. Regularly hear from parents that the system is very difficult. Regularly discover that parents have registered, but not enrolled, which leads to frustration. Wish there were more ways to easily communicate with classes, parents, schools. The email template approach for communication is limiting and frustrating. Would like to be able to include school contact and instructors on some mass emails. Appreciate the recent addition of being able to email multiple classes. That is a HUGE help. Being able to make mass charges or credits to all classes at one school would be very helpful. The ease use for me is good, but it's not an intuitive system.
Secure online credit card payments and processing and statement delivery. Easy class list update and creation for printing. Good mobile site. Can do everything on phone that can do on computer.
Not intuitive. Very challenging for new users.

I own a small children's art studio named Bristles Art Studio. We teach after school art lessons, host paint nights, children's birthday parties, paint your own pottery, and summer art camps! Classjuggler has all the functions we need we need and more. That being said, I can go on to describe what you can find on their website or I can tell you what I love about them. I like the layout and easy access to profiles. If we ever have a problem with the system or would like something changed, we have no problem getting someone from customer support on the phone to assist us. Everyone from customer support is also very good about calling us back in a timely manner.
I really dislike the fact that once a transaction has been entered, you cannot edit the transaction, you have to completely delete the transaction. I also dislike that the system does not automatically save progress. This makes it hard to multi task

classjuggler is easy to use! It's extremely helpful to keep attendance up to date, and see enrollments almost instantly. I really wish an app was available because that would make it perfect.

I wish there was an app. The company I work for has us on the road a lot and the zooming in and out is time consuming. We have to continuously scroll all over the screen zooming in and out on our cellphones. I also think it would be great to be able to send attachments along with the emails.
This is great praise, Jamie, thanks. Good news is that your one concern, the lack of an app, is no longer true; ClassJuggler now has a Staff Portal App, added in 2019, and it is 100% mobile friendly, making it easy for instructors to use right there in class to take attendance etc. :-)

I love the customer portal! It as cut my work in half by allowing customers to take care of their account on their own. We have cut down on our paper use so much already, and not even half of our customers have logged on yet.
the pre-built in prorating for pricing classes doesn't work right. It assumes the first class is whichever day you enrol the student, and there is no way to change what their actual first day is, meaning we have to do all prorating by hand.

I've had a great experience with ClassJuggler. It does so many things from helping stay organized to increasing retention, providing, special customer/account reports, financial reports etc... The customer support has been great and always willing to assist wherever they can. Not to mention constantly providing tutorials on new features and keeping this system fresh. This has been a great asset to our business.

This company is great! their customer service is amazing and they make it really easy to keep up with payments and stay in touch with parents.
I wish there was an app for teachers to make attendance on the go a little easier. And a better way to do drop in classes.

Great -
If you need to do something, there is usually a way the system allows you do to so. Customer support is timely and friendly. 99% percent of the time they help solve my issues and/or teach me how to perform an action through the system that will help me facilitate certain tasks that need to be completed. There is also a suggestion box where you can make a suggestion in a future update for the System administrators to decide whether or not they should add a feature.
In order to have some tasks performed, there are sometimes a long and a short way to do it, but a lot of the times there are tasks that only have a long way to do them. That is the only "issue" with the system. Add more shortcuts if possible, please.

Excellent customer service- always friendly and helpful! 5 star awesomeness. I gave 4 starts only because there are times when I have to wait for a call-back and wish I could reach someone immediately. Great software for my dance center. When we first started using CJ, I felt like I was on vacation because it simplified my job and saved me so much time. I don't know what I would do without it!
That it is made specifically for dance schools and understands our needs! Upgrades and improvements are very much appreciated.
I wish the billing cycle could be tweaked more specifically to fit the needs of individual studios. I wish the credit card possibilities included PayPal since it's so much cheaper.

There are probably more reports I can use with my job and I slowly integrate them in as needed. The staff at Class Juggler are very helpful when I describe what I need or am looking for they direct me to which report or link I should be using. Very satisfied!
The most important part of my job is to be able to communicate with parents efficiently and quickly if needed. I like that I can email the whole class at one time. This is effective due to cancelling and/or changing class days or times.
Takes time to set up all your classes but the staff showed me shortcuts and how to copy and paste

I've been using Classjuggler since 2014 and have to say, it was the best decision I've made for my business. I went from keeping my books on paper and having no monthly billing statements for my customers. There is so much that Class juggler offers with such a low monthly cost I wouldn't use anything else! The website is so easy to use and operate. My mom who is my office manager and is 65 does it with ease! We love Class juggler!!

This is a great program for the price. There are some features that would be easier to use if they took out some extra steps. A lot is learning the system, it can be a bit daunting but gets easier with practice. Customer service is great and very quick to respond. All in all a great program for the price.
The birthday recognition, billing detail as far as charging and the teacher alerts.
It is hard at times to get the types of reports we need. Some of the options are not quite what we need so we end up having to manually get the information or print a couple different reports to get the info we need.

Customer service is top notch and the software features are perfect for my business. There are frequent updates based on customer needs to ensure the usability is as effective as possible.
I would like to use more images in customer emails for aesthetics but no images are allowed (only links to images).

I love class juggler! It has been a life saver. It helps me keep all of my classes and instructers organized. Tuition is very easy to keep up with. Love the text and email customers options! Don't know what I would do without it!
Love the everything about it. It is very user-friendly.
The one thing that I didn't like was that you could not put an attachment on an email but I am pretty sure that that has been updated now.

I am able to benefit from the simplicity of the software, the design helps me navigate in a small amount of time, therefore, I am able to accomplish more within a smaller window of time.
I love using Classjulggler because it offers me everything I need to maintain client information and smoothly run my business. Also, the customer service is AMAZING!

Having everything in one place from registration, class rosters and tuition payments. Very user friendly.
Wish there was a user friendly way to get a list of active customers email addresses for each class or category that you can copy and paste easily.

The customer transactions sections is easy to follow and shows voided payments. Setting up classes/ schedules are easy because you can copy the template.
It is difficult to view excused absenses in order to schedule make ups. It is also difficult to view how many students are actually active since you have to manually select inactive

I could not run my business without ClassJuggler. Has so many features to manage all my classes.
Classjuggler software has the whole package. Anytime I need a special report for one of my classes. I call customer service and Im advised in about 2 steps and I have what I need. I love that I can check my class attendance right on my phone.

My family owns a dance studio and they love the ease of use on the customer side. Easy online transactions navigation, and bookings.
Being able to have a mobile app would make traveling much easier for business.

I would recommend to anyone. The customer service is top notch - they really care about small businesses and are able to help step by step anytime I have a question.
It is easy to manipulate for the most part, and the customer service is AMAZING.
The reports are a bit complicated to produce, and there are some features that I would like.
