CloudRent Pro is delivered as four connected products. CloudRent Pro is the web-based admin platform for office staff and managers. CloudRent Command is a native mobile app for iOS and Android covering dispatch, jobs and team activity. CloudRent Crew is a native mobile app for drivers and warehouse staff covering deliveries, pickups, photo inspections and digital signatures. CloudRent Connect is a 24/7 customer self-service portal where customers browse equipment, place bookings and manage rentals online.
Core functionality includes equipment management with serialised tracking, multi-location inventory, real-time availability and QR code scanning. Dispatch and job management with route optimisation. AI-powered damage detection from photos with severity ratings and repair cost estimates. Digital signatures captured on-site via mobile. Customer database with full rental history. Quoting and invoicing with optional payment processing.
A built-in WHS compliance module covers SWMS, incident tracking, toolbox talks, PPE management, photo-backed inspections and risk assessments. Audit-ready records are generated on every job, with Australian WHS standards built in.
Native integrations include Xero, MYOB, QuickBooks Online, Stripe, Google Calendar and Twilio for Australian-region SMS and click-to-call. GST handling is built in for Australian tax compliance.
The platform is cloud-based with row-level security (RLS), encrypted data at rest and in transit, role-based access control and multi-tenant data isolation.
