What is medo.core?
medo.coach is the white-label customer app for medo.core – a central communication and service tool between provider and customer. Customers book appointments, offers, and classes, and receive digitally managed workouts. Tracking and progress visualization boost motivation, a built-in chat enables fast communication, and all documents as well as payment and invoice overviews are kept in one central place. Current studio utilization is visible live, and integration with Google Fit and Google Health complements the customer's own training data. For the provider, medo.coach also serves as a sales and marketing tool: news and information can be sent generally, to groups, or individually, controlled precisely via customer profiles in the medo.core backend – for targeted communication instead of a scattershot approach. The result is a seamless digital customer relationship spanning administration, care, and communication, in the provider's own corporate design.
