Additionally, the capability for us to synch with Google calendars is down and has been over a month meaning my trainers using Google calendar cannot use PT Minder in their Google calendars.

This means a whole bunch of double handing and double booking costing us heaps.

Multiple billing options (paypal, stripe, etc.)/scheduling for both PT and Group Classes/extensive reporting/Massive customization from the admin end/app development and support is 5-star and was done within 2 weeks (and during the Christmas holiday--wow!)

All of the messages are maintained under that client's name, which is very helpful if you need to review them later.

It's easy to use and has great functionality that allows customisation to create my own programs and schedule it out for my clients.

Just a minor thing - when you start a workout and get the overview look, it is hard for clients to understand how to save a set, move to the next one etc. If the first view was the "one-exercise-at-a-time" view, it would be much easier to explain the app.

The feature that has been a game changer for me is the email automation you are able to set up in PT Distinction as a group and you can time it for when you want it to go and to which clients.

The one thing that I would like to see is to be able to create files within my coaching section, ie a file for certain video libraries and PDF libraries.

Building programs is also very convenient. Although the exercise library could use an update with more exercises, it is always possible to add your own in a very easy way with a YouTube or Vimeo link.

Allows me to allocate tasks and track progress to keep clients consistent with their goals.

This means I can focus more the deliverables for the clients as I only needed to set that up once something I was unable to do using Trainerzie for example.

It would be good if clients could see there daily calories which the coach has set along with Marconutrient breakdowns, possibly having a traffic light system of clients on red if they are not sticking them, amber and green if they are doing well.

With PT you can do soo much, and the level of customisation you can build in for clients is next to none, as mentioned before I felt limited for what I could do for clients before on platforms and it felt too cookie cutter for me until I found PT Distinction.
