Ease of use- phenominal for PTs who need a one stop booking system for clients and classes

I don't think I could run my PT business without it! So far no other similar company has come close to offering what PT Minder does, especially for the price and value!
Customer support is available 24/7 and never not been able to help. The software itself is super easy to use and gets better and better each year.
Only small changes to how the assessment page works but it's a personal preference.

Excellent.
We upgraded PT minder from MindBody and never looked back. The system is excellent and the support team are always available and helpful. I’ve recommended PT Minder to lots of industry contacts.
Anything that I find might be lacking they fix or add in to the development pipeline. Can’t fault it.

Since using PT minder I have been able to keep track of my income and my appointments. It has been easy to use. If I ever have not been able to figure something out for myself I click on chat and there's someone there to help me through it. Even if chat is unavailable I get an email with instructions. Highly recommend this software. Pt minder support staff were able to link my website with pt minder so my clients can register and pay online.

I can keep track of all my clients sessions and also keep track of my staff easily.
It does absolutely everything I require from a PT software and the customer support service is fantastic. I couldn't run my business without it now. Highly recommended.
The mobile app is not as user friendly as the PC version so I rarely use it but other than that I cant think of anything that needs improving.

My favorite part of PT Minder is the ability to set monthly billing for my clients. This streamines my business and allows me to focus on growth instead of having to worry about billing all of the time.
Although the Website has good functionality, the app barely serves a purpose. I work on tablets and telephones often, and so would prefer the two either work in a similar fashion, or seemlessly together in a way that makes more sense.

Aas a finance software package for my business it ticks every box it has really tidied up an already professional business. The customer service has been spot on and have dealt with all issues quickly and professionally. I would like to see a better template for session plans and nutrition plans as it would add to client area. If it could merge features found on pt hub with its superior finance software it would be an epic platform for my business.

When I first opened Amz Fitness I was looking for software that was simple and at that stage could track how many clients I had coming into the business. Over the years PT Minder has grown alongside my business and I have incorporated the new functionality into how I manage my clients success as well. I find the system very easy to use and was so glad when they introduced the app functionality as I can now have PT Minder on the go and can book in client sessions without needing to wait until I am back in my office. I am excited to see the many more changes and improvements that will come with PT Minder. For all the other software on the market PT Minder is the best value for money! :D

Whilst I like the functionality, after cancelling my contract they have continued to debit the monthly fee

Financial reporting hygiene and reliable scheduling removes the need for any accounting administrative staff.
Comprehensively covers PT business needs. Native workflow is educative for new business owners to get total control over administration. Financial reporting and calendar management are synced well. It also covers all my CRM needs in real time.
Complex UI. App doesn't flow well across screens. Tedious to make new calendar entries.

PT Minder is a really great program. only thing missing is the clients ability to see there assessment chart as a lot of my clients would love to share their progress with their spouse's.
keeping everything in one place.
