Pros

Customer support is available 24/7 and never not been able to help. The software itself is super easy to use and gets better and better each year.
With some help from customer service, I was able to integrate PT Minder for my clients with my existing website. They are fantastic in customer service, very friendly, helpful and reply very quickly.
Great value product with all the features you need to track and manage clients (group or personal training). Ease of use is very good and the software is very practical.

Pros

It was great that someone was there to guide through the whole process from the start was extremely useful. It has helped me save more time and helped improve our service greatly.
M not usually great with technology, but found the customer support has been excellent so I have managed to set my account up easily with the help of the Team Up staff.
Whoever answers the phone or replies to your emails are supportive and really helpful at Team up. This for me is the biggest benefit of any system.

Cons

We did a lot of research into gym management software and even purchased software from another company before using PTminder...it ended up being horrible and we had to cancel it and search again.
I also would prefer if emails came from my actual email address instead of the program email address to prevent them going to client spam folders.
Equally it is simpler for the trainers to track their schedule. It would no doubt be the case that it would serve a larger outfit well, but can't really speak for them.

Cons

On occasion this means that members can slip through the net(and end up leaving) and we have been unaware they havent been in as they dont show up on reports.
The things I've disliked I have feedback and they have implemented changes in a prompt manner.
Its not a major issue, and doesn't affect the way the system works but it can be a little confusing.
