Overall Zen Planner provides outstanding customer service, member tracking (payment/check-in/personal info etc.) I really like the resources/blog page, the ZP ebooks are excellent reads and provides solid tips for running your fitness business.  

Would love to see a CrossFit calculator (pound/kilo), w/bumper pix for members to barbell math. Maybe an app?

No real way for instructors to leave notes for students, why not. Never use the mass email or text because its just too complicated-these things can be fixed if they gave it some attention.

The software is easy to use and features important tools that simplify the operations of a company, such as integrated payment processing.

It was very overwhelming when I started using it. The app is also pretty bad, although they do update it with new features.

Features on the roadmap that are coming, come much faster than anything other gym software I have used so this is a very tough question to answer.
