Unique video interview feature: Interview scheduler

The scheduled interview reflects in the hiring team’s and applicant’s calendar, which eliminates the back-and-forth involved in scheduling interviews.

SparkHire integrates with more than 30 applicant tracking systems, such as iCIMS, Zoho, and JazzHR. The integrations are available free of cost and make the hiring process faster. 

Wepow

Wepow helps recruiters conduct personalized live interviews. The tool helps create personalized interview invites, practice interviews, and branded company videos.

The tool offers application processing interface (API) integration, separate mobile apps for recruiters and candidates, and instant messaging capabilities for recruiters to communicate with candidates.

What users liked

  • Graphical representations in assessment analytics make the data easy to understand.

What users would like to see

  • The ability to export details such as dismissed candidates and those still in the pipeline.

  • Fewer lags while using the interface and recording videos.

Wepow integrates with single sign-on (SSO) providers, such as SAML, Okta, OneLogin, and PingFederate. These integrations make authentication and rights management easier.

We searched for video interview software in the incognito mode of Google search and gave preference to products that ranked higher in the search results. We judged these products on the below mentioned criteria until we arrived at 4 products.

  1. The product should have a rating of 4 or higher (out of 5) on GetApp and 10 or more user reviews (information accessed on April 14, 2020).

  2. The product should offer all the core features and at least half of the common features of video interview software. The core features include live video interviews and skill assessment/scoring, whereas the common features include panel interviews, question library, interview invitations, interview scheduling, and third-party integrations.
