Consignmate overview
What is Consignmate?
Consignmate is an easy-to-use, cloud-based transport management system. It helps manage all transport jobs, plan and dispatch jobs to drivers, monitor drivers’ pickups and deliveries in real-time, and capture sign-on, arrival-time, and departure-time.
There is support for paper-based consignments. Connotes can be printed and scanned once signed (POD Storage and retrieval). It helps automate job pricing and invoicing with a single click. Invoices can be posted to Xero, MYOB, and QuickBooks. Invoices also include a link to POD.
Save data entry with a Customer portal where the customer can create the consignment. Consignments can also be uploaded via EDI. Freight tracking is available at both item and job levels.
A subcontractors module provides manifesting with cost calculation. You can produce an RCTI /subcontractor payment advice. This can be posted to Xero, MYOB, or Quickbooks.
Job-related email/SMS notifications can be automatically generated from Consignmate. Users can notify customers, senders, or receivers of picked up or delivered jobs.
