DetailProPOS is a cloud-based point of sale (POS) system designed for auto detailing businesses and tint shops. The software offers a range of features including appointment scheduling, customer management, estimating, billing and invoicing, inventory tracking, marketing, and more.

With DetailProPOS, users can schedule appointments both in-store and at customer location, with the ability to both book out bays and schedule mobile vans and trucks. Customers are automatically reminded of their upcoming appointments by SMS or email, and users can add custom tags to appointments to track important information. Custom forms allow users to capture additional information about customer vehicles, such as makes, models, years, stock numbers, VINs, and more. New contacts can be added to the DetailProPOS customer database with a single click.

DetailProPOS supports dealership billing, eInvoicing, and recurring billing as part of the POS system. Estimates and quotes can be generated and sent to customers, and converted into invoices once work is agreed or completed. The card vault allows users to securely store customer cards on file to streamline billing, and digital tips can be collected during customer signature capture. DetailProPOS also offers an inventory system which automatically notifies users of low stock to enable prompt reordering.
