We are lucky we have no problem with the cash register.
It is our second cash register that we bought. The first one was in 2019, we didn't have any problem with it. The second one is very pretty and Hi tech looking with 2 screens. It is very easy to use for everybody compared to the old model with buttons. We only use it like a cash register, so we don't need all the features that comes with it.
The only thing is the language. We are french, so often the words are not correct. It makes us laugh sometimes.

Overall it's been okay. Missing some ability to print certain reports. Like Yearly. Being able to set tax for individual items. However that being said, my overall experience has been good. It hasn't crashed yet. No major tech issues. ALL minor issues. And its fast.
The ease of the programming the buttons into the POS. The ability to have different categories.
Loyalty Program difficult to figure out. No Instructions PDF or anything. Minor daily issues with integration with the global payments. Printer issues each morning.

The software is very easy to learn thanks to the great UI. It has all the best features of a POS and the price is ridiculously cheap compared to other solution on the market. I can’t recommend it enough.
The only thing that I would like is the compatibility with iPhone.
