Best tool for identifying DTC brands

Reviewed 6 months ago
Pros

Easy to use. I create dynamic lists filtering for brands in my target demographic and hand them off to my marketing and sales team. Helped to reduce our CAC significantly from traditional paid marketing campaigns.

Cons

Not much. The prospector could have some more functionality, but overall better than the rest.

Charm is Great

Fantastic overall experience

Pros

Imagine Built With on Steroids... that is Charm.Fantastic Look-a-like tools, captures more signal noise than any other lead gen tool to find your real ecommerce ICP leads

Cons

I wish they had more personas and contact info per company to make it an all-in-one software.

Excellent for DTC ecommerce prospecting

Reviewed 5 months ago

Great support / troubleshooting but the interface is easy to use.

Pros

Data Volume and Veracity - there are clear definitions stated for every attribute collected, and plenty of it. To date, the data has provided the most accurate revenue revenue estimates per merchant of any data source tested.

Cons

The contact data could be better sorted - it captures all contact data across many roles and so when batch loading into your CRM - it's a bit tricky to only pull / upload the contacts / title that you want without having to do a lot of manual data transformation (in Excel).

Charm.io: A powerful tool for lead management

Reviewed 6 months ago
Pros

Overall, I would highly recommend Charm.io to anyone in need of a powerful lead management tool. Its data import/export capabilities are top-notch and the lead qualification and lead generation features are incredibly useful. It has made my job much easier and has helped Flieber improve its overall conversion rate.

Cons

Hard to tell. I'm overall satisfied with the tool.
