What is CiraSync?

CiraSync is a cloud-based, enterprise-grade solution for Office 365 business users that enables automated syncing of the global address list (GAL), public folders, notes, and calendars for mobile phones. The secure, Azure-based platform scales to thousands of smartphones, and offers centralized administration with single sign on and granular control.

With CiraSync, users can sync their global address list to any iPhone, Android or Windows phone, as well as choose which lists and fields they would like to exclude. Users have the ability to sync contacts, calendars, and even memo notes, from any of the organization’s public folders, as well as control which employees get access to specific contacts and fields. CiraSync is also able to sync Salesforce (native connector) and other CRM contacts to an Outlook contact folder on Office 365, to ensure that each individual has instant access to the CRM contacts they need, wherever they are.

With CiraSync, there’s nothing to install, no endpoint configuration, and no user training necessary. It takes less than five minutes to configure the solution to suit the specific needs of any business within any industry, such as government, financial, real estate, construction, high tech, retail, agriculture, or non-profits.
