Pros

Great and easy to use, great feedback and LOVE being able to read a transcript of the call.
Outstanding way to retain information discussed, study my own and other behaviors to improve. It's quickened our new hire on-boarding and improves direct coaching.
What I love most about it is that it analytically breaks down every call I have with a customer or prospect (talk time, sentiment analysis, conversation keywords most focused on).

Pros

I like that it helps me to find prospects that will be a good fit for my software. It is very intelligent software.
It has been great, I love the analytics and the ability to mass outreach.
It's extremely powerful and easy to use with tons of useful features.

Cons

It's glitched and messed up a few calls that I have been on. I had to boot it out of the conversation.
It's been tough onboarding some of my teammates to the software. That's been the biggest, and only, struggle.
If anything the search functionality is a little bit confusing. If you do not have the exact name of the call you are trying to view it will take a while to track down.

Cons

There are very few things to dislike about the software. We had a challenge where we were unable to track the performance of custom dispositions and sentiments on calls.
Some minor problems and integration flaws. Text formatting is low end compared to microsoft so moving signature tables into salesloft is not seamless and quite limited creating messy formatting.
It's difficult to integrate videos in the mail. Then, being an email automation tool, it should have a place for suggesting mail body, mail subject, etc due to the vast amount of data they have.

Great tool for coaching and organizational transparency!

My team previously used Salesloft Conversation Intelligence to record calls and track best practices, maintain transparency, etc. - but I like that Gong offers the ability to link emails and Salesforce activity in a single timeline view.

Pros

Intuitive user experience and accurate transcriptions. Stock keywords already pulled out of calls by Gong are relatively strong and the chronological view of communication is extremely helpful for managing the sales team from prospect to customer support.

Cons

The emails I get from Gong's marketing are a little out of touch in the sense that they are always sent at the strangest hours and on weekends. I'd prefer to not be bothered when I'm not at work and it's annoying to have my phone buzzing with something I don't need at 10pm on a Saturday.

Successful Call Analytics

Gong.io has been very easy to integrate, it joins my Zoom and SalesLoft calls and performs analytics on all of them. The reps over at Gong.io have also been so great to work with, very easy to contact and very informative.

Pros

Since Gong.io is on all of my calls, and records them, I can go back to each call and see a break down of what was said, talk times, buzz words mentioned, etc. I can also compare my calls and stats to the most successful calls that lead to deals. Gong.io provides insight that we previously did not have.

Cons

I am fairly new to using, only the past 6 months. I have yet to run into an issue with Gong.io.
