we were told in writing by our CSM that it was impossible. Why? Because our contract allows us to add seats, but not remove them until contract expiration… in late 2027.

For scaling teams, this means budgeting carefully, as functionality you may assume is included often requires an upgrade.

My experience with HubSpot is very good, and it's a tool I have used to store contact info and track the progress of deals for many years.
