Pros

The comprehensive database, the intuitive tools, the ease of deployment - all of these are appreciated about this product.
It is popular and used by a few other businesses that we know, so we considered it and the functionality is good.
Love the email tracking and wonderful having contacts all in the same place. As a solopreneur, it is like having a virtual assistant.

Pros

Our dedicated Law Ruler resource, Hillel Charm, is great at helping our team work through business cases and how to use Law Ruler to effectively solve for these.
I can't not say enough wonderful things about Hillel Charm and our positive interactions. Hillel has helped our team get the most out of Law Ruler for our business.
What appeals to me the most about the software itself is its ability to help track our different marketing campaigns. I also love the automatic text and email replies to our clients.

Cons

Also, there is a hard limit of 1,000 custom fields, which is not something you can even buy more of, which in my opinion is a severe limitation.
Lack of industry specific columns or trackers. Lack of customization to suit the needs of the industry I was in.
There have been multiple times where we lost data and data was unretrievable.

Cons

The other companies who I won't mention were trying to force my firm to fit into how their software worked which failed miserably.
I've been through a massive transition from a CRM to an ERP. It was a miserable experience.
Prior to Law Ruler, leads were always a complete mess.

Very happy about it, maybe it's not the preties looking CRM, but has all the features wee need

Pros

All the features that our law firm requires are free. We have been using the paid software before, but as we had many users (and most of CRM's are paid per user) after finding Husbpot we decided to give it a try and are very happy with it after 2 years for work with it.

Cons

1. There's no easy way to see if there is no action asigned for a deal. 2. No easy way to filter deals which stay "too long" in certain stage of the deal

Overall, great software.

Pros

HubSpot is great mostly because it's free, and it's an efficient way to track your business' leads and clients. You can import from already established lists, and then add in new customers one by one. You track your status of leads from initial contact to closing or losing the deal, and can track every bit of communication throughout the process so it's all in one place.

Cons

HubSpot has some limitations on its capabilities as far as not being the most robust CRM tool you could wish for. However, with the free price tag, it's hard to complain.

Hubspot is a great CRM tool for any business organization to use. I really like the email feature of the tool. It provides timely updates regarding the emails I have sent to my clients. I can easily check if the person has viewed the email, clicked on the link, or not.

Cons

Hubspot is well to use software, I don't think there is anything that I dislike about the software.

The Software has performed as expected.

Pros

"Out of the box," the software was very easy to use and easy to customize. It also works with many applications through Zapier and / or automate.io. Hubspot CRM also works seamlessly with HubSpot Marketing.

Cons

Hubspot is missing some of the customizable features that are becoming more available, such as customizable Objects, and the ability to hide fields based on the user.

HubSpot CRM is a beginner software for Customer Management.

Pros

It is easy to deploy and does the job, although it is very rudimentar. It does interact easily with my other tools.

Cons

Its interaction with my other tools is to agressive and not easy to set up. The price is also not as good as it could be.

5-Stars! I've been through a massive transition from a CRM to an ERP. It was a miserable experience. With Law Ruler, my experience has been the complete opposite! Having a direct support contact (ours is [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN]) makes the transition from Clio to Law Ruler a successful one. Plus he is a great teacher and communicator!

Pros

We love how Law Ruler is BOTH an intake and case management software. Everything under one roof! Plus, the interface is very easy to use! Software is one thing, but the support team is another. The Law Ruler Support Team is incredible!

Cons

Automations and the dialer can take some getting use to.
