I've thoroughly tested Kanbox, and I must say, it's revolutionised my LinkedIn experience. The ability to manage all messages in a single, full-screen view is a vast improvement over LinkedIn's native interface. It's brilliant how the Chrome extension simplifies building lists of potential contacts using LinkedIn's search functions. Engaging with profiles is a breeze, with all information and options...
What I liked most about Kanbox was its intuitive Kanban-style interface for organizing leads. The ability to develop custom pipelines for connections and messaging workflows was incredibly useful. It made managing my LinkedIn outreach efforts much more streamlined and visual. I could easily track the progress of potential leads through different stages of engagement.
While the tool is generally excellent, I found that the learning curve for some of the more advanced features was a bit steep. It took me some time to fully understand and utilise all the capabilities Kanbox offers

Much less clicking on LinkedIn and full control over your prospecting activities. Faster, easier and more convenient.
Ease and convenience of use. With Kanbox it is much easier than jumping through views on LinkedIn. Additionally, you can manage Prospects in a way similar to a CRM application. The most frequently repeated messages can be saved only once and then used many times.
What I like the least is that you have to pay a monthly fee to automate sending messages to Prospects. I understand that the author wants to make a living and develop this application.

The Kanban board and filters significantly enhance my productivity by making task labeling and understanding straightforward, and they prevent me from missing any potential leads. However, the delayed responses from chat support are a drawback. Creating or joining a community could be beneficial in bridging this gap and providing more timely assistance. Overall, the tools provided are effective and efficient, though improving support response times would make the experience even better.
The best thing I like is the Kanban board and filters. They make it easy for me to label and understand my tasks, ensuring I don't miss any leads I might have overlooked by mistake. The organization and visual clarity provided by the Kanban system greatly enhance my productivity and efficiency. Overall, it saves me time and helps me stay on top of my responsibilities, making the entire workflow much smoother and more manageable. One standout feature is the Kanban board, which significantly enhances my workflow. Setting up campaigns is a breeze, and they are automatically listed on my Kanban board. This seamless integration allows me to label and categorize tasks efficiently, gaining instant visual insight into the status of each campaign.
Chat support often replies late, so a community might be helpful.

I am blown away by how good this is. I've used products that cost hundreds of dollars per month that don’t have these features. I love the pipeline/CRM for keeping track of LinkedIn leads. Also the messaging interface is so much better than LinkedIn, with ability to filter by people who messaged you last. Also the email enrichment is top notch, we've been buying credits and enriching profiles to get email address with a very high accuracy rate (50-70%).
Nothing that we haven’t liked so far. Everything good.

Overall experience so far has been amazing. More clients lined up, more fun into using the product and in general a more efficient workflow
I used plenty of different CRM tools for my LinkedIn workflow but none of them ticked with me...then I landed on Kanbox and my whole experience changed drastically. This is hands down THE best tool for lead management and I can't recommend this enough. Since its integration in our worflow, I can easily get in touch with 10-30 people a day, without stressing myself over keeping a constant eye to different CRM platforms
I love the pipeline tool, but I find quite difficult to import people manually, then move them into different lists. It would be nice to have a feature where you can instantly import leads inside a pipeline, without placing them initially in the import section. Or perhaps a tutorial to make this process easier for users

Good will continue to use. There’s a bit of a learning curve and upgraded to have import feature but I find it a little slow
Clean interface, the pipeline feature is unlike other products I’ve used bonus add.
Disappointed with the import feature as an add-on otherwise would be an exceptional product.

Easy to use. I like being able to scrape from a single profile or a search. I like being able to import from saved leads list in Sales Navigator.
Wish there were a better way of finding emails.

Kanbox allows for a better use of the LinkedIn inbox, which is shamefully limited on its own in terms of functionnality. It also allows you to scrape some data from LinkedIn or sales navigator, or from LinkedIn events for exemple. You can pre-write messages for your leads, sort them easily, and add them to pipelines to see exactly where you're at with them. Overall it's a very good tool, plus if the roadmap keeps going the way it is right now, Kanbox could become one of the best tools for prospection.
The only issue is the learning curve. It's not any steeper than any other tool like Kanbox, but for people who aren't really tech savy, it takes a little time to experiment and discover all the possibility of the tool.

One of the fastest purchases I made and I don't look back at all. It comes with a ton of features and for me its a no-brainer
Great Scraping limits, streamlining my contacts, easier to keep myself accountable using tags. Love the 1 big inbox thats so much faster than the native LinkedIn Inbox
Hard to find something, for me it's not about a weakness but ideas to further develope this tool. Like Email integration for multi channel outreach, or Kanbox for different social media version and just based on LinkedIn, would also love more automations. These are not really cons, just ideas. + Integration with other apps, for example if you personalize message with a different tool, to use this one within' Kanbox.

Overall I had a good experience with Kanbox as it eased my work of data extraction and segmenting different audiences using tags.
I like the tags functionality which helps me add tags to different set of audiences and data extraction as I need to find leads and do outreach for my services.
Even if the message has been responded on LinkedIn directly, it is shown as unread in Kanbox.

It has been great. The team even extended my trail a few days at my request and I like it so much I purchased a lifetime license. Anxious to see where the team takes it.
A simple to use Chrome tool that Finally makes LinkedIN contact and messaging management a reality. I'm using it for my personal use transitioning careers and using it to create meaningful contacts, pipelines for engagement, and personal workflows so I don't forget critical tasks that I have to complete. It's a game changer!
It works great, inside Chrome on a Desktop. Would love the ability to use this in a mobile application on my phone or iPad... or even natively in WIN/MAC.

Kanbox is a great, cheap way to achieve great results in terms of collecting and enriching leads. It integrates seamlessly with LinkedIn. A very promising product, Kanbox seems to have what it takes to rival with the "big boys" in the near future, and the current lifetime plan that is available at Appsumo is already a real bargain.
I regret that you cannot import a csv from another source or session, e.g. so as to only use the email enrichment. It would also be great to be able to benefit from the limitless search number that LinkedIn's Premium mode provides, while in Kanbox you're still stuck at 80 per day (you have to get Sales Navigator to go up to 2500/day). If those two problems were solved, the product would be almost perfect... Also you can no longer add up your monthly credits, they reset at the end of the month, but I believe this was to be expected.
Completely agree on the export limitation which can be improved for premium profiles. Will do!

Kanbox is a SOLID LinkedIn scraper and connection automation tool. It also had a great LI Message inbox management tool and can be used as a CRM Sales pipeline. It is very easy to use, and you get a lot of great tools and features at a price point much lower than the others out there. The Chrome extension is great. It will import all the contacts/leads in a search with one click. It does it behind the scenes so you can close LI and then viola all your leads are in Kanbox. Then you can send a bulk personalized connection request. That feature alone is worth the price of admission
The only "con" so far is not being able to import leads from a CSV. That is not that big of a deal, but that would be a nice feature. Also, the support page is in French. All of it, so if you do not poly Vue American, you need to make sure you are using a browser with a translation feature.
