I've been using Lead Scrape software for several years and just recently upgraded to the Business Version. Both are excellent in helping me gain a better understanding of what businesses are in my market area. The Business version is a huge help by digging deeper. It's the only tool I have that will get email addresses with almost no effort or cost. I don't expect any tool to get lots of current email addresses unless it's a human calling, or I pay for them. I'm very happy with the quality of the software and the results I get with Lead Scrape. Great product, a great tool to have in my "tool chest". And, it comes with excellent support!. Richard Harris
East to use. Works great. I was able to start using the product and them purchase the business version later after I was sure it was the right product for my needs.
I like the product. It's focused on a specific function or objective. Adding features would be ok if it doesn't complicate things or make it difficult to support.

It returns lots of leads and is much cheaper that other similar software.

The quality of leads in this tool is premium and easy to use!
The UI is a little outdated, but that's only if I'm being extremely picky. Great tool!

I wouldn't recommend this app to my worst enemy unless I was trying to waste his time. It has a ton of potential but is so inconsistent. The really annoying part is if you setup a scrape that lasts an entire day and it crashes you lose everything. I suggested a log that populates after each scraped city so you don't lose all of your work. This would be incredibly easy to achieve but the support said the dev was unwilling to help. Insane.
What I liked about this software was the first week I used it. It was pretty fast and pulled the info I needed. It's advertised as being able to scrape 100 cities at a time and the CSVs that it spits out are clean.
It just doesn't work as advertised. You can't scrape 100 cities at a time. That lasted all of a week. Then the app started crashing after 45 cities. Then 25, then 10, then 5. Eventually, it became unusable. I talked to support and they had a dev look at the issue. The software worked better on a BETA they released but slowly got worse again. I tried to work with the developer to figure out the issues...

Over the past couple of years, we've used Lead Scrape exclusively to feed our email contact needs
User friendly, and 95% accurate emails, and the segregated scraped email info is easy to manage
I really have nothing that I do not like about the product, including the responsive support
