What is Powertrak CPQ?

Powertrak CPQ is a cloud-based configure-price-quote (CPQ) solution offering tools for 2D and 3D product configuration, quote management, guided selling, process automation, pricing management, and more. Powertrak integrates with a range of third-party CRM systems, including NetSuite, Salesforce, and Microsoft Dynamics, and can be accessed via web browsers on both computers and mobile devices.

Powertrak CPQ includes 2D and 3D product configurators, which enable users to design custom products through a visual, drag-and-drop interface. A range of made-to-order products can be built in the configurators, such as fitness equipment, motorcycles, racks and enclosures, and playground equipment, and spaces, rooms, and apparel can also be designed. Administrators can configure a collapsible category structure through which users can browse available components, and the dynamic wiring system automatically generates visualizations of the required cables, including wires, wiring harnesses, junctions, and other components. Attachment point rules ensure that components can only be placed in appropriate areas, with previews of where parts will go when they are dropped, and snap-to-connection shows the closest available place a component can be added. Product models and shopping cart contents instantly update when changes are made, and users can view their product from multiple angles and control the zoom.

Powertrak CPQ enables users to create, manage, and send estimates, quotes, proposals, sales orders, purchase orders, and invoices, with the ability to customize documents and add company logos. Pricing can be managed and optimized with discount approval workflows, price level analytics, shipping and tax calculations, margin markups, and more.

Powertrak software offers a wide range of MSCRM augmentation capabilities. Our organization only utilizes the product configurator which allows our reps to have directed selling capabilities which reduce order variances. However, there's a host of reporting capabilities and pipeline management tools as well. The staff is adequately available for assistance and extremely flexible in regards to project management. One of the drawbacks we've experienced is a difficulty customizing the platform to include functions like up sell recommendations or line item discounts. Some other platforms have shown an easier administration which means we can do more in house. Overall, the product is a cost effective solution for our business needs in a high tech manufacturing capacity.

We use both the Powertrak Partner Portal and the Product Configurator. The configurator is a great tool based on rules that allow our partners to configure valid products only, thus saving us a bunch of re-work when the quotes/configurations come in unbuildable. The tool is easy to use by both our product managers and partners. Very solid! I cannot say enough positive things about Axonom's customer and technical support. They have been great at supporting us during several MS Dynamics CRM upgrade and migration cycles. They even stepped up when we asked them at the last minute to be available for a data center migration over a week-end. Thank you Axonom!

In our environment Powertrak has expanded our automated processes beyond MS CRM workflow. We have enabled automatic record creation and updates in a controlled and efficient way. Allowing the sales force to embed CRM into their daily routine without being bogged down with data entry tasks.
