Even with the premium versions. The CRM system is so full of bugs and nasty little details they havent even thought about. Their webmail is the worst ever thing I have seen.

Support does not answer questions, they stall, they deflect, and when that fails, they fall back on asking for an "Odoo only" version of the software to test the problem.

Contacts are gold and evercontact should make very clear what and how it uses data and policy go get data back. Recommend set to auto-add otherwise you'l still be thinking about it. Some advanced options in the user controls need a better explaining but - best leave them anyway for most users. How many times has a wrong email address, cost you time and made you look unprofessional. Evercontact, fixes this in a way that does not require some complicated setup.
