What is Fastviewer?
FastViewer is a multi-functional platform for online collaboration and remote system maintenance. The software transmits desktop screen content and grants remote control and access to computers.
Anyone can participate in web conferences with FastViewer, regardless of the platform used. And as a remote maintenance tool, it has all the necessary features for problem-solving. An IT administrator is shown the desktop view of the computer experiencing a problem, with that device and location as the second participant. This connection can also be used to control the target system, and data of all kinds can be exchanged between the two systems. The IT administrator thus has full remote access to a target system.
Conferences, file transfers and remote connections with FastViewer are secured with 256-bit AES encryption. This both ensures data security and protects the connection from unauthorized access.
