Pros

Lastpass is wonderful password manager that takes control of our password practices. The thing that I like most is the great security system it provides and advanced settings.
The ability to get a quick report on all the activity and status of each user is awesome. I know how often the IT staff is using last pass and if everything is secure.
Overall our experience has been great and we use LastPass every day with our team. M confident our usernames and passwords are safe and we like the ease of using LastPass.

Cons

The LastPass web client's interface was incredibly clunky, and I hated using it. LastPass has a history of security breaches that damaged our confidence in its product.
The browser plugin has had its issues with not working and popping up annoying banners and requiring the user to log in again.
Ve seen problems in the pas about security vulnerabilities being exposed against LastPass. Having this history would make anyone feel uneasy about the product.
