Integration with ServiceDesk Plus is great, if it's working. The integrated templates of software to deploy are very great and easy to use.
Companies took huge damage because of covid-19 pandemic. Most of country lost its economic balance.
Cant love it more support is amazing...product is amazing does everything you can think of.
Errors installing software or agent are hard to troubleshoot without having to start over with deployment.
I do appreciate the nice remote capabilities, the option to roll out your own image, MS Updates, asset management and great reports.
The error messaging, most of the times to general.

The patch management works great, clients feel confident that we are proactive with important security updates.
If you are not familiar with Group Policy editing and Command Prompt/Powershell, some of the features will be a bit intimidating for you.
Coming from the ConnectWise ecosystem we were very excited to see a platform that was modern, easy to use and had fantastic integrations with the products we use.
Features that are missing for me at the moment is cross organization user accounts and SAML SSO but these are both in the pipeline.
This software is extremely easy to use, and amazing at monitoring all of my IT assets and network.
Another thing that is more of an inconvenience than a con. You are required to have 2FA enabled to make configuration/policy changes.
From start till now, evrything good, good trial and demonatration, explanation, also the customer support, the forum, and after sales, good, fine and motivated people over there, not only too sell.
If I have to come up with a con though, it's that there is no billing portal.
Overall Ninja is a great solution for any MSP looking to save some money and make supporting your clients easy and not a chore.
We are delighted with the influx of new features we receive regularly and would recommend their solution and them as a company to all MSP's and internal IT users.
The support for this software is great and the fact they have a public roadmap helps satisfy curiosity of features/wishes we want to see in the product.

Easy to navigate and use. Also has the ability to provide easy to read reports to present to higher ups to show them that patching your software is important and Automox was worth the purchase.
Hmmm, that is a tough one. I think all patching software has problems getting all of the patching done so there still is some manual intervention, but a small percentage.
Ease of use & outstanding graphics for representing the data - those are the 2 things that stand out the most.
Sometimes the individual device status can get stuck on 'rebooting' or 'refreshing' for a few days, adds a little confusion.
Powerful patch management and proven reliability. Excellent reporting and policy enforcement.
We also are patching additional risks that were difficult to cover with other products.
Product has done exactly what is advertised (patch management) at a fair price. Support has also been great for the few times I had needed to reach out.
Currently the search is limited to built-in filters.
Excellent patch management tool, that needs better dashboards and integrations.
I love having current threat info easily accessible within the Automox dashboard. Their tech support is excellent.
Appreciated the ease of use and the quick start up time and quick responses from the support team. Use on both Macs and PCs was much easier than other systems.
Like everything...easy to use, deploy and budget friendly.
Easy to use, visibility of the end points status, my auditors loved it.
That said I did take 4 months of babysitting to prove to myself that I can finally relax, a little, and not worry about the job getting done.
Deployed to a mixed Mac/Win shop. Really good initial results.
With Automox, we can update remote workstations, deploy software, and scripts with no headaches. I'm also impressed at how fast it is.

For the staff members I have helped get set up with, they are very pleased with its ease of use. Overall experience is positive which is the most important factor to me in IT.
Any how we should pay for this software.other than that there is no any particular disadvantage ,but unable to move an item from one vault to another directly.

Occasionally the product will stop syncing my passwords to a device. This causes problems when the database is not up to date on each device.
I like it can easily customize and manage group passwords, making the passwords more robust and stronger and safer.
The lack of capability to integrate a personal account in the same way LastPass does or maybe switch between business and personal accounts easily is a shame.
1Password is the top of the top, providing a clean user interface, and flawless implementation that syncs with browsers and makes login a snap.
If you forget your master password, it's very difficult (as it should be) to have the company supply it again. Since this is a privacy product, there are lot of hoops to jump through.
Best of all, only having to remember one password while making all my accounts extremely secure is a huge relief and gives me peace of mind.

It's really easy to use and it's nice to have our most important passwords all in one place. Just don't forget your master password, we made that mistake only once lol.

It doesn't slow the computer down any more than the other software I've used and it's good for anyone from beginner to expert. I'd recommend it if you're looking for a good paid virus software.
There are sometimes that it may prevent you also from installing something on your computer that has no harm on your computer and detect it as a harmful app.
This helps keep your computer more secure and is especially good for remote work. It helps give peace of mind if your work involves sensitive data.
The smaller threats get through the program, raising hell in the computer, disabling the user to continue productively.

It's really good at adapting to internet speeds, and it truly feels like you are sitting in front of the computer that you're trying to control. All of the restart options are also really nice.
The only thing I don't like about log me in, is that I worry someone in the office can see me accessing my screen while not there.
How you can list all your equipment you need and save them to your users. It's fantastic when you are dealing with more than 100 computers remotely.
Sometimes if an area of one of the participants have a slow or shaky internet connection, it makes it difficult to interact with one another on-line.
If you need a reliable, dependable, great support if you need them I would highly recommend LogMeIn.
I ended up in this situation many times and found it a bit frustrating. I understand the security aspect of it.
I have used this several time to have people help me on my computer and it has worked great and is easy to use and install.

Still missing some functionality that we need as an organization.

JumpCloud is by far the best solution for those smaller businesses that don't have the time or the budget for a dedicated IT team.
Not having to maintain an internal LDAP directory has been a substantial burden that was lifted by JumpCloud.
I have been very happy with the price and reliability of the services that I need from JumpCloud. I don't use them all, but what I do use, I use extensively.
Importing users from Gsuite which was the main system that housed all our users centrally was simple, albeit lacking granular import options (such as ignore mailgroups etc).
JumpCloud has helped Octane solve so many issues that I didn't even know I needed to solve. And on top of that their support team and our account manager are the absolute best.
Fantastic replacement for active directory and moving your on-premise IT infrastructure into the cloud.
Jumpclouds offering has great features and helps simplify the central user management issue we had.
The services are very good and I only remember one incident that directly affected me, but the jumpcloud support resolved it quickly.

A hell of a lot of personal maintenance trying to get it working as expected.
Ease of use is important for my company so my assistants can help monitor and adjust settings as needed. TitanHQs support is great as well.
The DNS Proxy is another annoying black box VM to have to "maintain.
Great value for money, easy to use and good responsive customer support, I would recommend to customers.
Troubleshooting through history is very limited. Without setting up a syslog server to send logs to, it only has it's history page to look through.
Its easy implementation and excellent administration make this product very effective.
This is less of a problem with the WebTitan and more with my chosen method of deployment, but it was something I had to do to get full use of the features.
Ease of setup, and good filtering plus great support make the software easy to use and work well. The price is reasonable as well.

Great customer service, reliable and simple to use. Their system is much simpler to set up then the other companies I had tried and perfect for what our company needs are.
The Customer service is not 24/7 I guess. I need to wait 12 hours for a representative to respond when I had a little problem.
Super easy in use, fast setup and integration, convenient admin panel, high-speed and secure connection, friendly and helpful customer service, reasonable pricing.

Very good, I could setup the software very easy and fast. The guys working on the software are very interested on bringing it forward, something that I like.
They are executed on your source machine. Not sure how to get around this, but this was the only negative.
On test deplyment the overall experience has been very positive. Good support when required and great it has some solid PowerShell under the hood.
The Remote Desktop feature is missing the option for file transfers and chat but both are on the roadmap for future updates. The agent is currently only available for Windows.
Very fair pricing and simple to set up. The real-time updates in the GUI are impressive and there looks to be some rapid and useful development underway.
A few functionalities are missing, such as sending files via remote desktop, or updating programs installed with exe, not MSI, but as far as I know they plan to add these functionalities.
It has been really good, they are very attentive and want to help, the product is constantly improving and it just keeps getting better.
The remote access seems a bit limited, for instance with no ability to transfer files.
As a sideline MSP, it is great that there are 100 free endpoints to get me going until I can expand my business. It allows me to use high-level tools without the startup cost and expand from there.
The first 100 endpoints are free so evaluating in your environment can be at a scale that reflects a real use case. If you only need 100 or less then you get a great tool for free.
I'm very impressed by Action1's commitment to making it free.

Sad to say that we no longer use Teramind as it has a min requirement of 5 licenses but we have only one system to monitor.
The system offers a very proactive and detailed monitoring platform which quite frankly, is absolutely fantastic.
I also don't like how if there is an outage of reporting it doesn't seem to be possible to get logs from the software that would indicate the reason why.

It will time out and try to reconnect for no apparent reason. It requires you to shut down the program and could require program repair to fully correct.

Software has to be installed on each endpoint manually and it is particularly difficult to manage licenses when old endpoints have been decommissioned.
The support team are competent and very helpful. The solution protects our organisation comprehensively.

Panda solved one of the biggest problems we had with other systems and that is cloud management. No physical server is necessary, meaning it works for organizations of all sizes.
The management via web of the endpoints was more than necessary and presented a great boost within the company. Since having on-premise solutions had become quite complicated.

MacOS Break Glass could use some work, though most of that is on Apple since they have horrible identity management for enterprise users.
It has all of the features required from a PAM solution. The portal is very intuitive and easy to understand and the deployment is super easy.
You now need to drop the application to the Admin by Request icon. Users don't now that sometimes.
It can help you eliminate local admin rights and improve your security posture. You can allow users to perform elevated tasks when needed, without having to wait for IT approval or intervention.
That feature is the geolocation of devices makes some users nervous that our IT team knows where their devices are in gmaps; however, this feature is very helpful when a product is missing.
The ease of deployment and administration across our organization is excellent.
It may not work well with some applications that require admin rights for installation or updates.
The audit log feature is amazing to ensure that what is requested is what was done by the user.
Overall we have had a great experience with Admin By Request. I highly recommend the product.
Admin by Request has been a very cost-effective solution and great people to work with.
Ease of use, features for the price, break glass is nice when you are a non Microsoft shop.
Makes it easy for users to quickly gain access to install applications and have temporary admin sessions to get what they need done. Especially if they are remote.
Then, Admin by Request, being easy to use, made the addition of this tool easy to accept by nearly all users.
Ease of use, simple install and everything just works. Its very easy for users to simply request an elevation for Admin access to install anything they need.
Less calls to our Helpdesk to install applications. The IT team approves requested applications and has an overview what it installed.

Love ThreatLocker! we've been using them for years now and our clients that are secured have an added pieced of mind they are protected.
You can get lost in there! when dealing with software devleopers or engineers, it can seem to restrictive.
Very easy to use, stunningly effective, outstanding value for money and features keep getting added.
Really struggle with this Q, only thing I can think of is on occasion the storage policy deployment struggles a bit with allowing USBs.
The platform is very exceptional for the security within your organization. Their support team is doing very great as well to make sure they can help you with your concerns.
Could just be our own infrastructure though, 1 in 100 (if that) have a problem.
Both are fantastic tools. That being said, if I can't find what I need, I message the Cyber Heroes, they respond almost instantly.
It will stop anything and everything that either isn't allowed to run or it doesn't recognize.

We love that it's very user friendly and easy to navigate the interfaces.
The main issue I can think of for the software is that the errors are not always informative. You have to contact support because the errors are sometimes ambiguous.
Ultimately, I've been very happy. The pricing is right and the backups have been effective.
Can be challenging to troubleshoot problems when backups fail.
Great support when needed and easy to navigate through. Love that we can also backup to a cold copy on external hard drives.
The only bad part really is the cost. Priced out of reach for a lot of the SMB market.
I like the tie to my storage, and how easy it backs up and restores medium to small size vm's.
It can struggle with large(7+TB) data sets, but then what doesn't.
Easy and intuitive to use, fast to set up and great customer support. Easy to manage, all you need is to check your email and make sure everything is green.
It is a solid offering at a much better price than some rather well-known alternatives.
