Clockspot overview
What is Clockspot?
Clockspot is a 100% SaaS (Software-as-a-Service) product. Simply sign-up for a Free 30-day trial (no credit card required!). Your company will receive its own login page and your employees will go to this url to clock in and clock out. Clockspot is designed for small businesses, but easily scales to enterprise business with thousands of employees. We track absences and can accrue paid time off (PTO) as well as calculating your payroll and job costing.
Once logged in, employees can leave shift reports, perform tasks assigned to them, input mileage reports or request for time off. Manager have the ability to view exactly where their employees clocked in from, whether it's through the web or through the phone. Clockspot will track the phone number that employees call in from or IP addresses that use the website from. You can restrict employees to clock in from an individual computer, multiple computers, individual phone numbers or multiple phone numbers.
Once a payroll period comes up, a manager can simply run a payroll report through the system and export the data via HTML, PDF, or Excel (.csv file).
