What is OnePatch?
OnePatch is a cloud-based eCommerce solution, which assists online retailers with inventory and order management. Key features include stock tracking, sales analytics, channel management, data synchronization, revenue tracking, product listing, and third-party integrations.
The OnePatch platform comes with a centralized dashboard which displays sales value across channels, selling value of individual platforms, active and completed orders across channels, and monthly traffic on product listings. It allows users to view live inventory updates across multiple marketplaces, import products from online stores and upload them to selected marketplaces, and edit prices and images for listed products. Plus, teams can import historical orders from shopping carts and marketplaces into OnePatch.
OnePatch comes with an order management module which helps team members monitor, sort, and dispatch orders, as well as view delivery timelines. It stores customer information and allows users to generate invoices using predefined templates. Besides, the solution integrates with third-party applications such as Amazon, Ebay, WooCommerce, Etsy, Shopify, and more.
