What is PropertyZar?
PropertyZar is a web-based property management software for property managers and landlords with all portfolios sizes. It offers functionality for managing tenants, leases, payments, assets, maintenance, inspections, applicants, and more from one online portal. Key features include: online payment processing, online applications, late fee calculations, and four separate mobile apps for tenants, owners, property inspections and vendors. The system also includes features for managing and storing e-documents, full accounting, work order maintenance tracking, scheduling appointments and property viewings, background screening for applicants, property syndication and so much more.
Landlords and property managers can control any number of real estate properties, both residential and commercial, using PropertyZar, and tenants can manage their payments and communicate with their landlord using the PZ Tennant mobile app. Properties can be advertised online with vacancy postings, and all applicants can be managed within the system with tools such as background screening, custom questionnaires, credit checks, and communications tools.
