What is Softy?

Softy is a recruitment software designed to help businesses of all sizes manage career websites, job applications, candidates, video interviews, and more on a centralized platform. Hiring teams can create offers and distribute, advertise, and publish them across multiple websites or job boards such as Glassdoor, Indeed, JobTeaser, Wizbii, and LinkedIn, among others according to requirements.

Using Softy, recruiters can maintain a database of CVs, add, comment on, and share candidate profiles with collaborators, and sort information based on filters including keywords, diploma, and location. Administrators can configure permissions for employees to access specific files and create customizable career websites with images, colors, emails, or other elements. Organizations can also communicate with candidates via predefined emails, organize or categorize recruitment data using folders and sub-folders, and analyze applicants' profiles from a 360 degree perspective.

Softy's matching algorithm selects suitable applicants based on experience, qualifications, personality, or location. Recruiters can also invite applicants for a video interview and access their CVs in real-time.
