Ease of use and an excellent support team makes Square Online a fabulous option. The templates are designed to look good on both desktops and mobile devices.

The  ability to add  multiple photos and contiually edit photos is probably what I like best. Description of product tells only some about the product.

I also dislike the fact that I am unable to pick and choose what types of services require a contract and which ones do not.

The website looks good and is easy for a customer to use. I don't have to spend a fortune on it and I don't have to be tech savvy.

Functionality and simplicity of the product is what I love the most.

Super easy to set up and learn. Integration with Square Retail catalog is good.

Be it invoice capabilities, seamless Quickbooks integration, or the ease of starting e-commerce through Square Online, Square has done our business right.

The inability to do instant transfers until you've processed a certain amount of payments, payroll fees being deducted per payment versus per service.

I actually completed my site, have it up and running and am making sales! It’s a huge accomplishment to have been able to get this done! Square made it easy to navigate and was there for me when I had questions. They did not ignore my issues and kept in touch until things were fixed.

The best for small business!

Overall, each individual component part is quite strong.  And several of them do work quite well together when aligned with the more common use cases (e.g. accepting bookings for a hairstylist followed by in-person payments, or estimates and invoice management for a service business).  However, as you start layering in additional complexity or are looking at less common needs/applications, the simplicity that is arguably its core selling feature in the beginning ends up working against it as you start to feel like you've got "lots of different things, in lots of different places, and some of it is repetitive but isn't always, and some of it syncs automatically but sometimes not, and........" well... you get the drift. 

All Square, but will Shop-If-I have a need/opportunity to try a different provider 😉

Square has been good to me through the years and so I've stayed loyal to it. Even though their processing fees are a bit more, I trust if something goes wrong that I can get someone on the phone and we can solve it quickly. Fewer angry customers means more money long term!

Easy access for small business transaction

Overall this is a great Point of Sales system. It is easy for new employees to learn and it has a lot of options for different ways to sell your products. It is a one-stop-shop for online & in person sales.

                                                       Before I started with Square, I had nothing. I did face-to-face, exchanging money hand-to-hand, and I really appreciated that Square eliminated that, that clients paid upfront for their services, that clients requested a time through Square Online, which I appreciated, and that Square contracts was also very editable and then I could send it to clients after they'd requested their first appointment with me and they could sign it. The liability waiver was already taken care of before they walked in the door as well as their payment plan.
                                                       I originally started with Square Online because of friends who have their own businesses are using it, so it was recommended. I was not ready to set up my own website and invest in that at the time. And so Square gave me the option to share my business contact information in a place to make appointments and to find out more about my business online without the investment of the website. And then there were payment options. It gave some great organizational business options in terms of where was your money coming from and organizing things that in my previous line of work I did not have to be involved with. So it helped teach me some things about business as well.
                                                       For the most part, when I started with Square and setting up my account with them, I found things quite A, B, C, one step, then two step, then three steps. So where I found things to be difficult with the small details and how to, I was frustrated. It was small frustrations here and there with, I don't know how to get this done or I don't know how to find it, but then it would refer me to an article instead of just being an easy click down or dropdown menu. So I would've appreciated that more things were available within the dropdown menu. I could find them in articles. I felt it took more time. But things got organized and put together.
                                                       So when I started looking for software for my Pilates studio business, I wanted to be able to own my client information. That when my clients put their information into the software, I didn't have to pay to get it back to me if I left, but the hard work I did to get people in the door that I owned and that it was a flat fee to pay for the services, not a percentage of my earnings, and that I had feedback on new clients signing up and income coming in as well as retail feedback so that I could get a better look at what I was making money off of. So that's where I started there.

                                                       Prior to using Square Online, I was actually doing manual invoices using Excel. I also played around with some other no name brand software, and nothing was really robust enough to handle the needs of my growing business.
                                                       I chose Square Online because I had been using them for my previous business needs and I hadn't explored them fully until the need arose. Once it arose, I started to look through all of the tools and resources that they offer for what I was already getting and I found it to be the answer that I needed. So that is why I chose Square Online.
                                                       The thing I love about Square Online is that it's super user friendly. It is so easy to use, so easy to integrate. It gives you these great features that you can add your logo. You can put in your own personal customizations and it thinks for you. It builds everything right in. Anything that you need to do with an invoice, Square Online allows you to do it, and it doesn't make you guess, it that make you reach, or research for any of the information. It's right there at your fingertips. It's extremely easy to onboard and integrate.
                                                       My recommendation for you is if you are trying to take your business to the next level, and you want to present yourself as a professional and provide easy, trackable ways to take your client's payment information, it's secure. It's fast. It's easy to use. It's a no brainer. I would suggest that you take a look at Square Online because I don't think you would be disappointed.
