I have started 4 business in my life. This is by far the easiest one to start, thanks to Tailor Brands. They helped me set up my LLC. They helped me get a logo that I am please with set up. Then they provided a website space for me. The website was the last of the things I needed to do. They could have set it up for me, but I wanted to do it myself. It was so easy to input the information needed.

I looked everywhere to try to find a price for setting up my brand. I did not like it that I had to enter so much information just to get the price.

Overall experience. Imagine going to a restaurant and ordering a meal and then receiving an empty plate from the kitchen, then them saying no refund have a good day. Terrible for new business owners. Customer service does not exist for Tailor Brands.

The complete functionality and ease of access made it so easy to create my brand and make it legal, while also making a webpage and merchandise!

I wish the logo builder was alittle more complex on the imaging, like being able to merge pictures and icons.

Turn-key, a-la-carte business model enables quick selection of needed services that begin their processing and filing within a few business days.

The conveniences and turn-key approach comes at a price that may be a deal-breaker some small businesses.

User friendly, beyond helpful, and Iam just overall impressed! The only thing I wished they had was a payroll site.

Nothing I have seen so far that I wasn't impressed with.

I like that I can knock out good quality logos on the fly that are professional and clean. The process is easy and guided so you end up with a professional looking logo at the end.

The after logo purchase options are limited is use, things like social media posts or the slide decks I tried to use but found overly generic. Also I find pricing can be confusing with the upsells and paying monthly or annually I have found has limited value.

I like how its easy to use, gives me many resources to make sure my business and up and running smoothly

Website creator, sometimes it glitches and doesn’t give me many ways to create my website. It only lets me use their logo that they created not your own.

Very simply to use, great website choices.

Website editing features are frustrating at times. Takes some getting used to. But still very simple and clean.

Pros: You get a cheap logo quick. That is the only pro I can think of.

Cons: No customer service They will upsell you to the premium package if you want a complete logo package. And they will auto bill you without any advance notice. Then they will not refund you even if you never use it. So you are paying for a full year, even though I notified them one day after they took my money. They have no method of contacting them other than email. Totally impersonal. All canned responses. They could care less about you. Just want your money.

This is new for me getting my certificate and ein# is going to change history for my family

To pricey wish some of the items that’s needed for cheaper so everything can be brought at once

Very easy to use and a lot of options to choose from.

We are required to purchase individual logo / brands. Would be helpful to have a subscription plan that allows multiple logos.

Time was very important to me. And Tailor was great in that field

Expensive over all was extremely expensive

I like that you can create your website and that you can also get help.

It’s not enough options for small business website like it would be nice to have all kinds of options. Because most small businesses wants to create a website that’s going to catch peoples attention.

How the process is step for step. Getting started is always the challenge, and it just seemed effortless through Tailor Brand.

Customization of your logo. I would like a feature where you can upload photos of your idea. The selection is very broad so it was hard to manage through that part.

Fast , well designed, customer service was good easy to use after I figured out how to use it

Don't like the fact u can't link ur buisness account from ur own bank ,have to use mercury , would like to see a set program with all prices included in on place when signing up
