Pros

The share button seems to be the most useful, for when I need to share with my clients it makes it so simple. Very fun, and easy to use.
I have been using the app for 11years now and I have seen it’s growth and development. It’s only getting better and better.
Overall, it is a great software and I would recommend it to anyone who might be interested in trying it out.

Pros

All features of Facebook application are great and ease of its feature for everyone. Facebook shop is one of the good feature for eCommerce.
What I most like about this Software is that you can build a fan base for your business, start a group and introduce employment opportunities to a wide range of individuals.
Overall experience had been great. I have been using it for 5 years in a row now and it helps to reach out to various people helping to provide your personal details secure too.

Cons

The only thing I don't like about the app is that the don't filter the post properly. Sometimes I just see inappropriate tweets and it is sometimes irritating.
The people on the app are harsher because most of the time, you are "anonymous. And it could be a bit confusing to use at first because it is a bit different from others.
Only there are lots of fake accounts in the app and when you send complaints to Twitter, it is not easy to receive feedback.

Cons

All the ads are a bit crazy. And there's lots of fake accounts with fake info set up solely to scam ppl.
It is very much a if a user sees offense in anything you do, you could have someone report a post that they find offensive and be punished even if it follows the guidelines.
It can be confusing at times to navigate the site or app because you get lost in other things that pop up or notify you.

I like how easy it is to create a message or share ba post. It is also easy to create an advertising and choosing your audience.

Pros

I like this site for sharing music. It is also good for finding other music artists and messaging each other about music or sharing a song.

Cons

It's kinda of like Facebook. They both have an advertising service. Twitter charges about the same as Facebook.

Another avenue of organic posts/growth

Reviewed 7 months ago
Pros

Another avenue for organic posts to drive traffic to our website. It does have a slightly different demographic than Facebook, a much more refined user base in my opinion. It's definitely great to schedule automatic posts to Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram at the same time. It doesn't take more time or effort to post on Twitter, and it does drive some traffic to our website.

Cons

We didn't use Twitter for any paid ads, as we just found Facebook and Google Ads much better. Organic traffic wasn't as much as Facebook either. Just seems people use Twitter for different uses, and are less receptive to ads.

Very good social software it has the best personalities people on Twitter seem more civilized than those on Facebook.

Pros

Twitter has a smart interface and more organized you don't need to wait for a friend request to be accepted all that is needed is to follow then that's it. I prefer Twitter to Facebook for preference sake.

Cons

Not much just the fact that you can't tell if a person has muted your tweets (updates), unlike on Facebook you can tell that this person isn't able to receive a post from me

Fast and user-friendly

Reviewed 5 months ago

I love it. I've met some awesome people there who have helped me with my business. It somehow gives me the impression that it's easier to get noticed on Twitter than on Facebook.

Pros

The simplicity of the app is what I like the most. It's easy to learn and use. You can make friends online really fast, stay up to date with the latest news even if you're not that interested in news, and grow a list of followers faster than with other social media apps like Facebook. You can make the account private which means your tweets will be visible to you and those you allow to see your tweets,...

Cons

I'd really like if they added the option to sort your followers by date, and also the option to create a list of the accounts you're most interested in.

Here you can find important persons, celebrities, players, politicians and can easily follow them. Here you can get latest news from all over the world based on your importance. Twitter is a good option for microblogging, journalism and publishing.

Easily Accessible Social Media for Companies and Users

Reviewed 5 months ago

All in all, I've had a positive experience with Twitter. It's not used as often in our work, due to the majority of our target audience being on Facebook. However, it's still a helpful channel to have available, and is used for a variety of purposes on our end.

Pros

Twitter offers a far-reaching audience with a strong customer base available to be reached. The platform is one of the big three (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, with TikTok coming up closely after for younger gen's...), which makes it a good default for companies to have on offer. The bite-sized posts mean that it's relatively easy to put together an announcement and link to further content. It also lets your audience easily connect with you, and engage via hashtags and trending content.

Cons

With the bite-sized "tweet" size, companies have to make changes to any social media posts so that it fits within the constraints of the format. This can be daunting for teams on a shoestring budget that can't dedicate ample time to a social media presence. It takes a little doing, but other third-party platforms are available to make this process less daunting and integrate posting between Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc.

The Most Informal Social Channel

Reviewed 2 months ago

I use Twitter daily for personal use and interact with my favorite brands on there often. I feel it is essential to use as a brand and have had a lot of fun creating interesting content for fans that can differ from other social platforms structures.

Pros

I love Twitter because it is fast paced and a great way to connect with your fans daily. It's brand leans more casual than Facebook and LinkedIn which makes it a fun place to really give your brand a voice. You can fit in seamlessly with a user's friends and become a friendly face to them to.

Cons

From a brand perspective, Twitter does not have many publishing tools. In this role, I used Sprout Social to schedule tweets in advance and that worked great. However, if you work for a smaller business and don't have access to a social tool like Sprout, there is no free built-in scheduling tool like there is on Facebook.

I like Twitter because it is a social network for sharing links, videos, texts and quick news.

Reviewed 2 months ago

I use Twitter daily and it is a social network that I recommend.

Pros

What I like most about Twitter is its multimedia content of photos and videos, mainly with the update of its layout and with its new tools. It is considered number one when there are national and international issues, having a search tool the most efficient of all. It is an easy-to-use social network, very practical and the speed of your information is instant.

Cons

There should be more profile customization options and the private message tool could be unlimited, so it is little used. It has a much lower percentage of older audiences than on Facebook, with a more restricted reach. There are no tools for a targeted publication, few ad options and sponsored publications are more expensive.

Twitter - A Nice social app for getting current affairs news

Reviewed 5 months ago

Overall it is pretty good App if you want to get yourself updated.

Pros

Twitter is genuinely a best source of news, current affairs. This is the best platform for celebrities, politicians to connect with their fans. It is different from other social apps. If you want to get updated about current affairs, or what is going on around you, just login to twitter and go through the "Trends". I usually use Twitter to get updated. I will recommend you to install this app if you are interested in connecting with Public figures especially.

Cons

Well, there are few. Twitter should allow "editing" of tweets so that the user might not lose the reach and engagement of that tweet by deleting the tweet and posting once again just to correct any typo or any other mistake. another one is twitter will be more awesome if they add tweets reactions just like Facebook.

The app with the potential to become new Facebook

Reviewed 3 years ago
Pros

*Reliable, Fun and Easy to use *Twitter is one of few platform that due to it's struggles as a startup remained in the position to turn itself into something usable and enjoyable, *Facebook, Linkedin even instagram now - they all went after advertisements and ways to monetize and at some point I believe they began to lose their main purpose - human interaction and contact focusing on the random things and integrations. Twitter still keeps it basic. You need to share - here you go. You need to discuss - it's here. You need to bring attention - easy. I hope it develops as it quickly becoming a great source for anything!

Cons

*Too slow. The app as well as platform are extremely demanding for software and are unusable on old smartphones. Please, make a light version like facebook did. It would be so so great! *Confusing for starters. I would suggest having limited features that uses can switch off or on when they register. If the company focuses on making it ALL ABOUT COMMUNICATION only with possibility to extend it manually - that would be awesome!

Tweeting for Entertainment

Twitter, unlike Facebook or Instagram doesn't sensor your content as much. A lot of people these days have adult content websites and are able to share and network to get their stuff out there. Twitter allows them to do that. It's easier to show a preview of your goods whether it's something you make and sell or pictures and videos of your own body. Its easy to network with other people to get more followers. I definitely recommend if you're tired of getting banned for posting something controversial on your other social media platforms.

Facebook for Businesses has always been great, but it's declining for personal use.

Reviewed 3 years ago
Pros

I managed social media as a marketing intern in 2016 and I loved using Facebook for longer posts and feature stories. Since there's no character limit like there is on twitter, Facebook is my go-to when we have a little more information to share than usual. I also love the event page feature on Facebook. We had a large annual event and every time we used a Facebook event page to promote it, there was a line outside the venue because we were over capacity. There's no other large social media platform that has a feature comparable to Facebook's event pages. I also love it that Facebook provides analytical reports for free. On other social media platforms like Twitter, we had to purchase an outside integration like Hootsuite to be able to get monthly reports.

Cons

Most of the cons of Facebook show themselves when you log in for personal use. The app has gradually become very "junky" with cheap/scam-looking advertisements and the new interface has way too much going on along the sides of your timeline so, it's hard to focus. The latest Facebook update that bothered me was the change in notifications. Instead of only receiving notifications when someone tags me...

Great for Private Groups

Reviewed 3 months ago

I’ve used Facebook for years with a personal account. When I first started my blog (my business) I created a Facebook page but quickly took it down once I realized how dead it was on Facebook. I now only use Facebook for the private group feature and promote my business through Instagram.

Pros

So although I mainly use Instagram for my business social media, Facebook is still great for private groups. I don’t like having a general Facebook page for my business but having a private group where customers can posts comments and concerns is really helpful! It’s also a good place for me to share info to my customers who are part of the private group by posting to the group. It’s a quick and easy way to communicate with them outside of email.

Cons

I feel like Facebook today is just not the best social media platform for businesses. My target customer demographic (20 to 30-year-old females) is not on Facebook but Instagram! I just feel like Facebook is outdated and more of a place to keep up with family than to promote your business. The features don’t seem to have evolved and the layout is more complex than Instagram or even Twitter.

Facebook

More and more mess of UI on every update

Reviewed 2 months ago

I think facebook's trajectory is going down because of recent UI and timeline algorithm changes.

Pros

Quite easy find out old friends and acquaintances and easy to follow their important life events.

Cons

Most of non social post like jokes, funny videos etc are lift off from Reddit or twitter. And timeline is full of advt post. Seems like they need to provide ad-free subscription to keep their user hooked up to facebook. I used to visit once a day few years ago, now I visit once in weekly. And that's reason i don't prefer to spend money for marketing on facebook.

What a mess

Reviewed 2 years ago

First I get banned because of client reporting me. Cant get into the account says code send and says I'm going to fast. I opened a new account did the driver license and now I have to upload a picture of me for security reasons. Support does not help at all waste of time switching to Twitter. Tried to send email but says mail box is full no one even reads it. It's like workers in Facebook ignore it. So I uploaded the picture and waiting still nothing no access to account how much info you need?

Pros

- stay connected with family and friends

Cons

- no support number - no support email - no help at all - ask for driver license - ask again for selfie of myself - account locked after upload ID two days later

Facebook

Used to be fun but not that much anymore

Reviewed 3 years ago
Pros

I´ve using Facebook since 2009 and for a long time was a fun place to be. With other apps like Instagram (Facebook owned) or Twitter, I rather spend more time over there than here. With that said, Facebook is still a cool place to go around, to connect with people I care, share things that I like (like my photos or what I write) and to find some nice reading material. It´s amazing that over all of this years, this app is still up and running and always finding ways to adjust what people needs. So, Facebook is still ok.

Cons

Well I don´t appreciate the scandals surrounding Facebook this days. I do know for a fact that they shared personal information and that they use private information without it´s users knowing or consent. Something to think about.

Facebook

The Face of the Social Internet with all your friends in 1 book.

Pros

It allows you to have the option to connect with other people on one social platform. You can use your facebook information to login to other online applications without having to create a login or user id. You can also choose to login by just clicking your photo and inserting your password. You have the options to send money and receive money via Facebook. You can make friend suggestions, decided...

Cons

You have to download messenger seperately from Facebook to message others. You can never truly delete your account to start from scratch. If you lose email access to your account anyone can eventually reactivate your account. It takes a few complaints for Facebook to perm. delete an account that someone makes that is fake. You can only use your real name and not alias, which is understandable but too...
