1pm is the event booking CRM for event professionals and venues: planners, caterers, photographers, celebrants, vendors and AV teams, and the events team inside hotels, restaurants and dedicated event venues.

Core Functions

Leads and CRM. Enquiries land through embeddable lead forms hosted on your own website, or by entering directly into the pipeline. Lead auto reply (check availability) and replies via lead type reply templates with attachments. Client booking portal (Accept quote, Adjust quote items dynamically, sign versioned agreement, pay deposit or request invoice) and event portal (onboarding & BEO/Run of Show) via link, no login required. Pipeline stages, sources, salesperson attribution and conversion reporting.

Quoting and agreements. Build quotes from saved packages and line items, send them, and let clients accept and adjust online. Terms attach as a versioned agreement, are signed in the browser, and the deposit is paid on the same page. Quotes, confirmations, invoices and receipts share one document model, so figures are entered once and never retyped between stages.

Billing. Deposits, payment schedules, service charge and gratuity, and tax handled inclusive or exclusive to suit your jurisdiction. Multi-currency at account level. Automated payment reminders.

Live run of show and BEO. The timeline is live rather than printed. Crew and suppliers open one tokenised link, with no account and no app, and see a filtered view of only the items they are on. Edits propagate instantly over Server-Sent Events, not polling.

Operations. Bookings calendar with space availability and hard double-booking prevention, client-bookable appointments, spaces with capacities and access instructions, contacts and crew with custom fields you define, tasks and repeatable workflows, requests for collecting onboarding documents and questions, guest lists and RSVPs, and pipeline email automations and email sequences. Every report exports to CSV.
