Lead discovery features encompass AI driven prospect identification with enriched B2B company and contact databases and regional market data insights. The system employs agent swarm research to conduct deep web analysis for personalization. Outreach capabilities include autonomous email and social media messaging, queued voice calls, split testing, AI led lead prioritization, and personalization research that tailors messages based on comprehensive prospect profiles. Prospect responses and objections are managed by the platform through automated replies, meeting scheduling, and follow up sequence control.

Campaign types cover net new prospecting for cold outbound targeting, intent signal based outreach when prospects exhibit purchasing cues, website visitor de-anonymization to identify unidentified site visitors, warm outbound sequences for existing contact lists, and cross selling and upselling leveraging CRM data. The deliverability infrastructure manages domain and mailbox setup with continuous deliverability monitoring. Voice based outreach is supported through a human power dialer add on complemented by an AI dialing copilot and automated follow up messages.
