“We integrate our RPOs, W4 (federal and state), and direct deposit authorization. This integration reduces the ability for human keying error, especially with the W4 and direct deposit authorization forms. The electronic RPOs make our district more efficient and allow for orders to be processed more quickly by obtaining electronic approvals. The ability for the user who initiated the form to track where the form is in the workflow also vital. No lost paper forms!”
