• Client portal — A branded, mobile-first portal where anglers complete pre-trip checklists, e-sign contracts, upload documents and licenses, view menus and FAQs, and send travel-status updates.

• Documents & e-signatures — Send contracts and waivers for signature and capture an executed PDF with a full audit trail. Add consent items (e.g. photo release) directly to any template.

• Catch records — Log client catches by species for replica-mount referrals, record-keeping, and season-over-season history.
