Hatch sells timed sessions for UK leisure venues: soft play, ice rinks, climbing centres, trampoline parks, farm parks, gardens, escape rooms, karting, mini golf and sports clubs.

Your storefront, not ours. The booking page runs on your own web address with your logo, colours and typeface. Customers never land on a marketplace, and they never become someone else's audience.

Your Stripe account. You are the merchant of record. Takings go directly to you and Hatch never holds the money. Cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay are enabled by default.

Sessions that match how you actually open. Build the schedule around your real opening pattern, set capacity per slot, and put tickets on sale at a date and time you choose.

Tickets and door scanning. Customers get a QR ticket by email plus a one tap calendar add. Scan guests in on the phones you already own. A built in till covers walk-ins so the day reconciles in one place.

Self-service for guests. Customers amend and cancel their own bookings inside your rules, which keeps a busy Saturday off your phone.

Bookings you would otherwise lose. Abandoned checkouts are chased automatically, and review requests go out after the visit.

Reporting. Takings by event, by day and against a target. Multi site operators get group and regional roll-ups with each venue paid into its own account.

Discount codes, custom domains and event listings published to Google are included rather than being an upgrade.

Setup runs to an afternoon: account, branding, schedule, Stripe. All personal data is processed in the UK or EU and Hatch holds Cyber Essentials certification.
