JobFlow is job management software purpose-built for Irish service businesses. It covers the full job lifecycle, from first enquiry to final payment, in one cloud system: scheduling, quoting, invoicing, route planning and field staff management. It is used across trades such as plumbing, electrical, heating, cleaning, pest control, property and garden maintenance, solar and retrofit, and by SEAI contractors.

Website enquiries become jobs automatically. Quotes are sent by email or WhatsApp, and customers accept them and pay a deposit online. The office schedules work on a drag-and-drop calendar and plans each engineer's day in a route planner with drive times, map view and route optimisation. Customers confirm appointments with one tap on WhatsApp, and get an arrival-time message when the engineer is on the way.

Field staff use a mobile web app that installs on Android and iPhone and keeps working without signal, syncing when the connection returns. They follow the day's route, record work and photos, add extras agreed on site, and collect payment on the spot.

Invoicing is built around Irish rules: VAT applied per line at the Irish rates, Revenue-compliant invoice formatting, Eircode addresses, and consolidated invoicing for customers with multiple sites. Customers pay by card, Pay by Bank or Revolut Pay through Stripe, with automated reminders. Accountancy reports cover the VAT summary on invoice or cash-receipts basis, the Return of Trading Details, the sales register and aged debtors, with export files for Xero, Sage Accounting and Sage 50, downloadable as one accountant pack.
