JobPulse365 is the home service CRM you run by typing, not clicking. It is built for home service businesses with 1 to 100 employees across 13 trades: plumbing, HVAC, electrical, cleaning, landscaping, painting, pest control, roofing, pool service, pressure washing, handyman, home improvement, and general home services.

At the center is AIDA, your AI Digital Assistant. Tell AIDA to answer a lead, schedule a job, prepare an estimate, or bill a completed job, and it does the work from a plain request. AIDA handles routine, reversible actions immediately, and it shows a confirmation card before anything that cannot be easily undone, such as canceling an invoice or archiving a job, so you stay in control. AIDA works natively in English, Spanish, and French. Other tools give you AI that answers questions. JobPulse365 gives you AI that does the work.

The platform covers the full job lifecycle in one place: a visual pipeline with customizable stages, scheduling with crews and recurring maintenance, estimates customers e-sign from their phone, invoices with a Pay Now link, and review requests with drafted replies. Payments run through Stripe or Square and support both card and ACH. QuickBooks Online integration keeps invoices, payments, and contacts in sync with no double entry. A mobile Field View gives technicians their assigned jobs, customer details, and service history on any phone, with no app to download.

Every plan includes the full platform. Plans differ only by team size, price, and the platform fee on payments, never by which features you get. AI usage runs on a transparent credits system with no surprise charges.
