Our commitment
Independent research methodology
Our researchers use a mix of verified reviews, independent research, and objective methodologies to bring you selection and ranking information you can trust. While we may earn a referral fee when you visit a provider through our links or speak to an advisor, this has no influence on our research or methodology.
Verified user reviews
GetApp maintains a proprietary database of millions of in-depth, verified user reviews across thousands of products in hundreds of software categories. Our data scientists apply advanced modeling techniques to identify key insights about products based on those reviews. We may also share aggregated ratings and select excerpts from those reviews throughout our site.
Our human moderators verify that reviewers are real people and that reviews are authentic. They use leading tech to analyze text quality and to detect plagiarism and generative AI.
How GetApp ensures transparency
GetApp lists all providers across its website—not just those that pay us—so that users can make informed purchase decisions. GetApp is free for users. Software providers pay us for sponsored profiles to receive web traffic and sales opportunities. Sponsored profiles include a link-out icon that takes users to the provider’s website.

KairosLink overview
What is KairosLink?
KairosLink combines remote monitoring and management with a full ITSM helpdesk in one console, so MSP technicians work from a single tool instead of switching between separate products. The agent, the relay server and the viewer are all built in house, so there are no third party licenses to contract separately.
The Windows agent reports hardware and software inventory, service health and patch status in real time. Unattended remote control connects in seconds without a VPN, with credential injection at the Windows logon screen and automatic reconnection across session changes. A screen wall shows live thumbnails of connected endpoints.
Patch management works with patching groups, Patch Tuesday scheduling and Windows Update classifications, so update policies map to how the MSP already organizes its customers. Agents update remotely from the console, in batches, with a full audit log.
The Microsoft Defender console exposes protection status, threat history and bulk actions across the fleet. Disabling real time protection requires re-authentication and a written justification, and protection re-enables automatically after 60 minutes.
Web filtering applies DNS policies directly at the endpoint, assigned per Active Directory security group, per organizational unit or as a customer-wide fallback, with hash-based synchronization and fail-open behavior so browsing never breaks if the policy service is unreachable.
Certificate management scans Windows certificate stores, monitors public SSL endpoints and handles ACME renewal over DNS-01, without private keys ever passing through the platform.
The built-in AI reads the endpoint, suggests a diagnosis, writes the PowerShell script and documents the session, instead of answering questions in a chat window.
The ticketing side covers SLA tracking, customer satisfaction ratings, prepaid hour blocks and a customer-facing portal. Reports are white labeled with the MSP brand.
Security: AES-256 credential vault with folder-level granular permissions and a full audit trail, MFA with trusted devices, row level multitenancy so each customer environment stays isolated.
Interface and support in Spanish and English. No long term contracts. Pricing starts at USD 36 per month. Free 14 day trial, no credit card required.
