Our commitment
Independent research methodology
Our researchers use a mix of verified reviews, independent research, and objective methodologies to bring you selection and ranking information you can trust. While we may earn a referral fee when you visit a provider through our links or speak to an advisor, this has no influence on our research or methodology.
Verified user reviews
GetApp maintains a proprietary database of millions of in-depth, verified user reviews across thousands of products in hundreds of software categories. Our data scientists apply advanced modeling techniques to identify key insights about products based on those reviews. We may also share aggregated ratings and select excerpts from those reviews throughout our site.
Our human moderators verify that reviewers are real people and that reviews are authentic. They use leading tech to analyze text quality and to detect plagiarism and generative AI.
How GetApp ensures transparency
GetApp lists all providers across its website—not just those that pay us—so that users can make informed purchase decisions. GetApp is free for users. Software providers pay us for sponsored profiles to receive web traffic and sales opportunities. Sponsored profiles include a link-out icon that takes users to the provider’s website.

KairosLink overview
What is KairosLink?
KairosLink is the RMM and service desk platform for MSPs and IT consultants who are tired of paying for four tools that do not talk to each other.
From one console you connect in seconds to any managed computer with nobody on the other side, see the Windows logon screen, enter credentials and keep working after the session change. Traffic is encrypted over port 443, so it gets through the firewalls that block other tools without asking your customer for a VPN.
Windows and Linux in the same platform. Patch management reads scans and history from the native Windows Update API, with real per-patch progress and no automatic reboots. The Linux agent is a native binary running as a systemd service, covering inventory, installed software, systemd units with start, stop and restart, processes, monitoring with alerts, cron and timers, remote file explorer, bash and full patch management with apt and dnf.
The service desk sits next to the fix. Tickets with statuses, priorities, classifications, SLA policies, multiple technicians, internal notes, a live timer and per-customer hour banks with alerts at 80% and 100% of usage. From the ticket you connect to the machine in one click. Your customer rates the ticket from 1 to 5 stars and gets a portal with their equipment, monitoring, patches and tickets, isolated from your panel.
Microsoft 365 management is multi-tenant and lives inside the RMM. One connection per customer, set up with a single admin consent and no stored credentials. Inventory of users, assigned licences and Intune devices, a licence table with purchased, assigned and available units, and a diagnostic that answers why an account cannot sign in: ten checks against Microsoft and a fixed catalogue of 21 findings. The module queries and changes nothing inside the customer tenant.
On security: posture score per computer and per customer with centralised Defender management, AES-256 credential vault with a write-only audit log, DNS web filtering on the endpoint with policies per computer, per Active Directory group or per organizational unit, Active Directory assessment against 40+ control points based on official Microsoft documentation with a 0 to 100 score, account lockout diagnosis that names the device that caused it, SSL certificates with automatic ACME renewal, and DLP with USB device control, data classification, content inspection and channel control.
Every customer-facing report exports as a PDF with your logo and your company name, not ours.
